With the exception of v4 & hammer tops, the persei shouldn't be on unless you're pushing the button. You're best bet is to open a ticket.

It should run at 7.4 no problem regardless if it's plugged into the wall or your car. If you go on their website & select the replacement ceramic rod, it'll give you the option of 7.4 or 3.7. I got my core with the intention of getting the enail as well, but it looks like we may be waiting for...
