I didn't buy from NewVape, so I don't think is fair to complaint to Edwyn. I already asked Vapefiend (from whom I bought) and they told me that not only the handle wasn't covered under the warranty, but that the handle was "designed to be broken if it gets stuck in the glass" (mine wasn't, BTW)
