just got my herbripper 3-piece xl ... i really like it! i like the weight ... feels good in my hand ... i got the fine/medium hybrid plate and the grind is just what i was hoping for (keep in mind i've only ground a few nugs) ... the grind seems really similar to my medium santa cruz shredder...

honestly i could have probably gone with the smaller size (i'm using a medium size santa cruz shredder currently) ... but liked the idea of a little larger grinder ... can't wait to get it in my hands!

well i did it ... ordered the xl 3-piece with the fine/medium hybrid plate ... i really like the industrial look and the fact that it’s 100% stainless steal !

i emailed kevin and asked about the fine/medium plate and this was his reply: "Our hybrid is a really nice consistent medium grind. But that’s all subjective honestly. We had a plate that was even finer, but didn’t sell much so we kept this one and called it both. " i was surprised he answered...

i'm looking at the herb ripper xl but i'm curious how the medium/fine hybrid plate works ... i definitely don't want a fine grind ... just curious how it works.

ok here we go ... bernadette said the batteries are 3000mAh 30amp ... i then asked why the website said 3600mAh ... she said that's an error and they are gonna update it ... so who really knows what the battery specs are but 300mAh sounds more normal than 3600mAh!

yeah they don't show the amp rating on their website ... hopefully they'll get back to me with more specs

i emailed airvape to ask for more battery specs earlier today ... no response so far

so airvape only has the following specs listed on their website for the battery "Removable 18650, 3600 mAh Legacy Battery" ... doesn't mention amps, etc. ... i wonder if my LG HG2 18650 3000mAh 20A Battery ... or one with similar specs will work. it looks like i'll need to find higher mAh batteries?

i agree ... i just got my first log vape this week (underdog custom fyt) and i am loving it!

i really dislike the black silicon screen holder ... it frequently falls off when you take of the stem ... and even if it doesn't fall off ... the screen will probably fall out ... do these things need to be replaced periodically? last time i checked they were out of stock on the boundless site...
