I didn't like the threads on mine when I first got it but I've had mine a few weeks now and seems alot smoother screwing the cap off and on.

It took me few bowls before I worked out it was only half setting too🤣🤣

Yes mate, direct tube with scu in, closed airport on stem and 3/4 open on tip airflow, I have always been able to take a lung full , I'm nearly 50 too 😀

I am finding the direct tube to be giving me bigger lung busters than the helix.

I have just tried the direct tube for the first time, the clouds are definitely more dense im really liking it.

Tempest with wand set at 320c until time out.

My wands battery gauge is all over the place too and it's new, is it the batterys being low quality the problem or the wand itself?

I never look at the VI either, I know it works and is acurate but I just sit it in the wand and wait for the time out.i find it so convenient...I very much doubt i will bother putting the calibrated click discs in on full release as they are of no use the way i use it.

I would have to agree, my other vapes haven't been touched since I got the Tempest.....its got Anvil type clouds and potency, with tinymight taste and ease of use of a dynavap thats the only way I can describe it 🤣coupled up with a reload and wand its the total package for me. I'm getting...

I had the same issue when I first got mine, I find giving the heatshield a twist helps it go over the O Ring and it snaps into position then.

I use mine at 330c until you get the timeout message and light goes off, the roast will also depend on how far you have the wand insert pushed down, mines about 1.5mm sticking out the bottom.....I'm getting consistently dark avb with these settings.

I got some 10mm off ebay that fit ok....talking of screens has anyone else noticed how clean the screens stay in the Tempest, they don't get clogged at all....First vape i have come across like it.

I personally love the wand , im never using a torch again....the wand gives me a perfect roast everytime so why would I want the hassle of firing a torch at my Tempest and making lthe cap look burnt to shit 🤔

Not sure there would be any point in a IH when the wand heats it so well....I have not touched a torch since getting my wand.

@Brenyo I'm just wondering what the situation with the screen is on the full release? Are you going with the mesh style or a Dynavap type? Or something totally different?

That Dynavap won't see the light of day as soon.as the Tempest arrives🤣🤣
