My EVO is on a timer and is on when I get up and then it's on when I get off work. All other times I'm at home it gets manually reset but having that baby on and ready for a wake and bake and then having it heat soaked and ready right after work is awesome.

I was using a citrus cleaner for mine and week long soaks wouldn't get the black char nor would ISO. I just used PBW like @Justpassedu suggested and it is gone. Fabulous!!! Don't know why it didn't dawn on me to use it for the nails. :rolleyes:

I got those 90° adapters on eBay. I think I searched for 18mm angle adapter. I don't remember seeing any on DHgate but I'm sure they have them listed somewhere.

@djurodjakovic I have used a claisen adapter to do what you are describing but not with a hydrabase. Not sure if that's what you are referring to but I may have some pics in this thread of my claisen and the EVO. Same principle would apply with the hydrabase.

I agree about the whistling. I cleaned my bamboo the other week and the whistling was back. Now it's not noticible again. I have to think it's resin buildup preventing it from whistling again. I also have noticed different HTs will cause it to whistle where others won't.
