If you do some digging in this thread someone has a spreadsheet they started that catalogues historical drops and how many vapes were available. I always forget his name but he has a fraiser avatar . A handful of times a year is on the mark. I think 2022 has been quiet so far. This most...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Yeah, I remember when Marc posted on reddit as to why he was making the battery pack. The reasoning as the vendor responsible definitely makes sense to me, but its otherwise hard for me to get too excited about it. The fundamental problem I have with it is that 18650s have a very finite...

    Firewood Vaporizer

I go all over the place temp wise, but I think the flavor is better for two reasons (n.b. No firewood here, just crashing the thread to see if there was news on the 8, but I don’t think either of these are vape dependent): first is the cooling as you guessed. In general our mouth and tongues...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Just quoting as I don't think liking really emphasizes this enough. No matter what high end portable you are using, the stock "native" stems are making some compromises to keep things portable-ish. A j hook is cheap, easy to carry around the house or lay down with, and does a phenomenal job...

I don’t think I’ve ever spent quite that much on a gaming console, but none of mine collect dust either 😉. Maybe my og Nintendo, but it’s kept in a safe dust free spot and once I decide on either getting an old crt or an upscaler I’ll bust it out on occasion!

Oh yeah—for the sake of curiosity, I forgot to check. Did anyone see the ending price on those last two? I think it was 600 chf for the one with blue accents and 620 chf for the green. It’s strictly curiosity so nbd if no one caught it but the buyer.

Huh. I couldn't see what was different about the heater in the pictures back a page, but now that you mention it the screen is noticeably more convex. It looks like the heater is an 18mm female to 18mm female with the coils and boro tubes inside of it. Maybe the 18mm to 18mm female glass...

I’m not knocking you or discounting that it happens, but it seems like it’s something in the way you use your vape as this isn’t an issue for me. Again, I am not one who strictly uses my tp80 upside down. I don’t want to speak for him, but his posts on Reddit suggest funky isn’t, either. I...

    The Toad from Morwood

@Shit Snacks yeah I totally recognize shipment time from prior batches will have no impact on mine. I’m just excited! I’ve been waiting a while though, so a bit more won’t hurt. I was in the first batch but didn’t get any of my top 5 picks, so I slid through that batch and batch two before...

    Ed's WoodScents Log Vape - Ed's TnT

Burl and the dark wood definitely looks rad on that unit. Not sure about the cutouts as I like the heat shield myself . It looks like the ti is anodized on yours, is Ed doing those by default now or is it always an option? I think he partnered with REFC for it a while back.

I would just brush it out or invert the unit and gently blow from the air intake. I’m surprised you’re having this issue though. I am not one to exclusively use my p80 upside down. It’s not a big deal if I need to brush out the heater screen. I take the first hit inverted to kind of melt the...

    The Toad from Morwood

Grats man! The simpler toads really have a certain je ne sais quoi about them. Something about that simple and timeless style. I know it doesn’t mean anything really, but can I ask what the rough timeline was from your batch to delivery? It’s usually “out of sight out of mind” for me, but...

    Ed's WoodScents Log Vape - Ed's TnT

Oh yeah. I didn’t even notice, but there’s a smaller diameter piece that should extend a bit above a “rim” that the to dynavap tip slots onto, as you’ve seen in other posts. Something is funky on yours.

Works for me @Copacetic, looks fantastic with that Nomad!

    Ed's WoodScents Log Vape - Ed's TnT

The ccd at the top of my heater is not indented like that, but I don’t think that should matter. It’s just to prevent crumbs getting into the heater I believe. I think your ti dynavap tip should fit into the heater, though.

The bids are really high, but technically they're worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Neither of these do it for me at that price , although I do think they both look fantastic. I love blue, and the cross cut marblewood grain is very cool. The yellow and green sections of the two...

    The Toad from Morwood

Really fantastic looking bunch of Toads in the last drop @Dan Morrison! The pine and oak scenes remind me of some of my favorites in previous batches, and I really dig the mushrooms which isn't usually my aesthetic (someone compared it to Nausicaa, and I think that is what does it for me). The...

    Tetra P80

I’m not really of the opinion that any particular glass piece works better or worse with a particular vape beyond personal preference with regards to airflow. Personally I have really come around to a nice j hook for effective cooling with no water, but a basic water piece that works well is the...

@ycaM024 thats a beautiful unit! I love the darker color and grain. @Vaporific you’re doing something wrong 🙂. As @Shit Snacks said if you click the first photo or two it shows the section with the dyed burl, e.g. The rest of them are just stock photos like you said.

Rad to see, as it means batch 3 (and my toad!) are creeping closer!
