Wipe it out warm, no need for iso unless you're doing a deep cleaning. It takes less than a minute to do the whole cu plus the mp. I always remove the cu from the unit before cleaning, too.

Try a quick clean every few days. After you've vaped a bowl or two, while the cu is still warm, pull it apart and wipe it out with a couple dry q-tips. Troy explains it, tip #10 in the following video.
