Ok I think I understand. I'm pretty new to glass but you mean the indents cause a weak point in the glass so it's not wise to have it near where the stem meets the top of the oven near the o-ring.... for possible easy breakage?

Wow. I've always felt the AVLP was underrated with respect to taste but I'm surprised to hear you place the flavor quality on par with TB. As you mention that the AVLP has a nice conduction, I'm guessing you use it in session mode like myself. I own an AVLP but not a TB.

Yep. I recently bought a replacement bowl kit for the Thermal Twist, which I don't even own 🤣 but the parts are still useful to me, simply because it was a good deal on the 18mm bowl w/ passthrough and it came with a sweet low profile reducer.

Agreed. It's a great vape with a few shortcomings. Let's not forget it had session AND on-demand modes long before it was sexy to have both. My recipe for the ideal AVLP 2.0 is: Replace PEEK with ceramic and make it easier to clean. Slightly beefier battery and slightly larger bowl. Boom...

I've never owned a Mighty but I think you'll be happy with the Solo. One difference that hasn't been mentioned yet is that the new XL bowl is downright huge. Bigger than the mighty.

Yeah. I've thought about this too. I would think the amount is negligible? Once a week, as the Solo is cooling down, I'll swab it with a q-tip and some iso while holding it upside down. I used to do this with the AVLP as well. I would hope that any tiny amounts of condensate that collect up...

So I've been using the the setup below most times. SneakyPete XL bowl with screen and whatever dry pipe strikes my mood at the time. If you're new to the Solo I highly, highly recommend using the WPA as a bowl and hitting the Solo while it's upside down. This way you don't have to worry about...
