    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

FF2 has slightly better vapor quality, but the Mighty produces a much greater volume of vapor (while still being very tasty). I use the FF2 when I'm alone and the Mighty when vaping with a partner or group.

The Bluetooth range is awful. If I walk to a different room just 20 feet away with my FF2 but without my phone, I come back to find it disconnected. And it's really inconsistent about asking for location data. About 75% of the time it demands location data, but 25% it doesn't. Weird. But still...

    Discontinued Pax 2

I tamp it down while packing the oven, so it only fills 1/2 to 2/3 of the oven. I use finely-ground herbs for the Pax.

    Discontinued Pax 2

Yeah, I was never a fan of the pusher. The half-pack oven lid from Pax, on the other hand, is excellent.

It's fun to impulse buy something when you know you obviously want it, and you totally can. :) It's like, "I have two choices: don't buy it and constantly think about buying it and most likely end up buying it later, or just buy it now."

I also have the GS6, and I had to turn on location data to get connected. However, after that first time, I no longer have to do that.

Testing notes on 111% power: First hit (medium): Bigger cloud than I would normally get on the first draw. Nice. Second hit (medium): Diminished vapor, as expected <stir> Third hit (medium high): Big ass cloud. Nice! This is what I would normally get on "high" mode. Fourth hit (medium high)...

Just curious, which one shouldn't you have to do? All of the above? (I never had the FF1, so I can't compare.) Trust me though, removing the screen and placing a pad over the herb makes a big difference.

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

Try this: 1. Remove screen from mouthpiece 2. Grind a little finer, pack densely 3. Put a liquid pad on top of the herbs 4. Draw for at least 15 seconds with slow air flow (10 isn't enough sometimes) 5. Stir after every draw, maybe two draws at most. If still getting crappy performance, try a...

Same, it's been an up and down experience for me, but more up than down.

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

True, but at the same time, people shouldn't have to guess whether their vape is working correctly or not. If somebody is trying an FF2 for the first time, and they don't like it, of course it could be a defective unit, but how are they to know? Well, I guess posting on this forum is one way...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

It seems the FF2 is a "love it or hate it" kind of vape. I like it a lot, but I can see why others wouldn't. It's like the No Man's Sky of vaporizers (gamers in the room will understand what I mean) - amazing for what it is, but not for everyone. And I agree that quality control should be...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

I love the versatility of the Mighty. I can give it to a lightweight friend on 170 and tell them don't worry, you'll just get a nice smooth flavorful hit - or, as you said, I can give it to someone who normally smokes on 190+ and give them a smoking-like experience. The Mighty pleases all.

I recommend the Crafty, or better yet the Mighty.

Oh ok, makes sense. So the update is adding new code to the app, which in turn sends signals to the vape making it behave in the way specified by the app. I wasn't sure if these new code would be "stored" in the device itself, or stored in the cloud. So it's like the vape's physical "body" is...

That's badass. How will we get the data onto the device? Just by syncing with the app?

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

That's an interesting Pavlovian interpretation! I never thought of it that way, but I guess clouds are the conditioned stimulus. It's not a totally arbitrary pairing, though. Sometimes stimuli can be paired arbitrarily, like the classic case of Pavlov's dogs pairing a bell sound with the...

    Discontinued Pax 2

Got my half-oven lid and multi-tool yesterday. I love them both. The lid works much better than the pusher, and it'll be perfect for solo sessions when I don't want to use half a gram. This will probably become my primary lid, actually. The multi-tool will be useful for both the P2 and FF2 on...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

Not to contradict you or anything, but if you use a fine screen in the CU, you can totally just have one. I have a backup, but I usually don't use it because I keep the first one clean. I also think a stand is unnecessary. I just hold the vape during a session, and if I have to set it down...
