    XVape XLUX ROFFU

Hey there SS, could you please try to remove and then reinsert a battery to see if your heater also kicks on for 20-30 sec? I can't be the only one this is happening to, can I? tia

Thanks! One more thing you could try: swap batteries with the whole cooling unit off the device, and the bowl removed. That's how I first noticed my heater heating up while powered off. With the bowl inserted I could barely feel the heater heating up- but it still is...It's just WAY more...

it happens with every battery swap. when I insert a new battery I get the haptic feedback and the heater heats up. does yours not act the same way?

interesting. I'm about 10 bowls in on my roffu now. I've been using the V3Pro a few times a weeks for the last 5 or 6 months, so I'll give my comparison notes soon. But for right now I need those of you that have a roffu to try something to let me know if my device is faulty. As I'm sure...

what about the spiral zirconia air path? My understanding is if you were to stretch that out straight it would be a few inches long...way longer than the V3Pro airpath... and that of ANY vape this size tbh

thanks for the heads up on the sale. g.a.s. strikes again. I've been happy with the V3Pro as my out-and-about, no muss/no fuss vape, but I have a feeling the Roffu will be a notch better in all categories, except maybe discreetnes. It's hard to beat the palm-ability of the V3Pro. But I'm...

like most vapes, if you empty the chamber while hot it easily falls out.

I gotta say, the only off taste I've had with my V3Pro is when I try to squeeze an extra toke out of a session that I should've ended already lol (but in my experience that's nearly the same taste in every vape). This vape is truly a bargain, especially when you can grab it on sale!

I'd have to disagree with that. It *might* cool the vapor a bit for the first few pulls, but after the thick screen heats up it's only making the hits hotter, instead of staying neutral which is what a regular screen does. (have you ever tried to handle the thick screen right after finishing a...

I have the HR edge and don't use it anymore. With the screen mod the v3pro is definitely less restrictive than the edge. I finally found my digital caliper, so I'm gonna take measurements of that screen tonight and post them.

I've found that with the screen mod I did, that I don't need to pack much material at all in order to get nice clouds...kinda like how the grasshopper works. (when it works lol) A lot of the restriction I was getting I believe had to do with me putting too much material in the chamber. Between...

I still need to measure it... hopefully today. BUT, I've had a few chances to use it modded out and about, and HOL-EEE- SHI----- I am SUPER impressed! I played 2 festivals this weekend as well as 4 other gigs, and this thing hangs like a champ! Took me a few bowls to realize I was over...

As I said in my first post about them I literally have no idea where I got them, other than they were in my box marked "screens" that I've had and been adding to for like 15 years lol. I only have 2 of them that size. If I had to guess I'd say they are from a Firewood vape. I have 3...

I personally don't see any benefit to keeping the thick metal screen holder. It retains heat more than the basket screen I'm using, therefore making the hits slightly hotter. And @Thunderbelch you may not have increased airflow much, because that thick ring reduces the airpath fairly...

thanks! With the stock screen I have some herb stick to the screen and block airflow during each bowl. (I use a medium grind for maximum surface area) My theory with this mesh screen is that less chunks will get stuck. (although resin may build up faster and clog quicker... but I've been a fan...

sorry, I should've been more clear about that. I removed this whole piece, and replaced it with that tiny basket screen. free photo website hosting I don't know that it comes apart. (Does it?)
