@sickmanfraud the screens are different. The new stems are about 2 mm wider in diameter. I think the cooling stems for both models are similar. @dagfp i use my Imp every day and if something is a hassle i don't like it and don't expect anyone else to deal with it. So i try to make it work right

They is some confusion on stems. The old stems don't fit the new Imp. Look for O ring stems. I apologize the website isn't that clear on this point. If you order a cooling stem you will get this for the Imp I'll have these up in the store later today.

Yes all earlier models Had the smaller inlets. The holes are done by hand on a drill/mill so i try to get them as even as possible but a little variation is inevitable.

Yes interesting point. Initially i sent out to units for testing one with standard inlets (0.062") and one with larger inlets (0.078"). Got mixed results so stuck with the smaller one. Too much airflow can overwhelm the heater. Revisited this a few times and finally settled on the larger inlet...

That wattage should be fine. The recommended wattage is so people don't fry their herb on the first try. The coil will withstand a good bit of wattage

It is not so much the stem as the new body. The body now has an opening of about .57" where as with the original it tapered from about .57 down to .5" about. So the new body has room for capsules. Let us know if you get them to work with the original
