Pretty funny, like my dad, old school. He's coming up on 70 and still only uses that technique (the scissors and shot glass) or his fingers.

I think it'd be a huge hit for them if they went above that 2.5in barrier. Lazy folks like me who hate grinding all the time will definitely buy it. That's literally why I'm still attached to my old large SCS. Just throw a bunch in the grinder and I'm good for a couple/few days. I can't lie...

Dealing with the same thing myself. LOVE my old glossy black SCS large, super mild wear for the amount of work it's done. This whole new stainless steel is healthier era has me wanting to upgrade and pull the trigger, but one part of my brain says it (the mildly worn edges) can't be killing me...
