I'm sure they are fulfilling replacements in some kind of logical order. What doesn't make sense is the repeated assurances that the replacement units will be sent "this week." If my replacement isn't going to be sent for a little while, just let me know! I'm a pretty reasonable guy, but...

I don't suppose anyone on here has an updated contact number for these guys, do you? The number on their site seems to be out (probably because of moving buildings and so forth). I still have not received my replacement unit, and I'd appreciate another method than email of getting in touch.

For sure! No mads here, I was just curious to see if anyone had received any kind of shipping notification for their replacement units. I think Thursday was the shipping day, if I am reading the time stamps properly! Here's hoping!

Hey folks, I've just picked up the Inhalater XP as my first vape, and after about a week or so I have a problem! I stupidly allowed the battery to drain completely, and now the vape will not hold a charge at all. I first charged it for an hour and tried to use it plugged in with no luck. The...
