Thanks - I was wondering if it was normal.

Has anyone had their stem start getting fairly loose after using the solo 3 for awhile? My stems now rattle when I use it and it used to be really tight.

I did receive the new one and it has not come apart in the solo 3 - so that is good

I have just gotten my solo 3 a couple of days ago - I like the vapor and the ease of cleaning -but man the buttons are bonkers - it takes me forever to turn it on or off or get to the menu settings - the buttons don't work as smoothly as I would have expected and the top gets really quite hot
