That's a really interesting design. I would like to suggest two changes: A 18mm female joint instead of 14mm. I need a 18mm joint for my vape adapter - with a 14mm joint I would need 2 adapters. And maybe a dcycler style mouthpiece would be nice. I made a quick mockup:

I currently don't own a dcycler, so I'm not really sure what size would be best. But I would only use it for vaping, and generally I prefer small pieces. Maybe some users, who already own one, could give some feedback on the optimal size for it.
