Thanks to you all for all your wisdom. I am a happy owner but have noticed a bit of erratic heating which seems to be getting worse. The light flickers and sometimes the heater will just cut out....I can still use it, and I am reluctant to send it to 7th floor as i am in NZ and its almost not...
