I'm likely selling my Pro. I like it well enough, but I really haven't been using it in lieu of my other vapes. Has anyone had good luck on the classifieds here? The FrientExchange on Reditt has been poop.
Am I the only one who has already lost the stupid stirrer stick? @Gary-Airvape can you throw in a handful of those with the mouthpieces? Lol I knew that would go missing fast.
I’ve only had positive experiences myself
Edit: I’m a convert to the on demand mode but…being a righty, does anyone feel this design is more suited to a lefty?
I have that happen to me too, lol. I don't get the disk thing. I understand the microdosing aspect of it, although I find the design backasswards. Does it serve another purpose? Maybe just to seal the bowl?
I have issues with that part as well.
There is a tiny slot in that gasket that the screen needs to be seated within. I couldn't get it to stay in until I realized that, but it's still rather loose at times.
No stirring or charring? Are you describing the on demand mode? I can't see how you'd get no scorching in session mode at higher temps, unless my unit is faulty.
How is possible to be conduction and convection at the same time...makes no sense. Either the heating element is in contact with the bowl, or it's not. It doesn't move.
I really love the Pro. It's become my daily driver. I was a big fan of the highly underrated X too (I've owned multiple). I...
Conduction is direct contact with the heat source and convection is indirect...the mode doesn't change the oven location or technology, only the frequency of heating. I still don't get it. Maybe it's inaccurate terminology?
It's a fine piece other than that. Everything has a shortcoming of some sort, but I can see your aprehension if you weren't thrilled with the OG.
Overall I'm very happy with it and it has become my #1 even over my brick and dynavaps. It's much more convenient and hits just as hard (maybe harder)...
Pardon my ignorance, but how and why would it heat differently based on the mode. It's the same oven and same chamber. One continually heats, the other heats when engaged. Again, how and why would that change how the oven heats? I don't get it.
Can someone explain to me how one would actually use the built in Microdosing disk?
Seems like a useless feature. Something inside the bowl to reduce the chamber would make a lot more sense. This is total guesswork otherwise.
Just put less in the bowl. Silly.
