I have a iq and am really like it,but when using the iq and it gets hot the top lid starts to raise up and the magnet does not keep it closed until it cools down. Do you have any suggestions or has this happened to others

There is no way to contactCS, the web site and phone messages are not responded to. I I am stunned that your company does not have customer service for the IQ. Maybe you can fix the problem, and also get someone to contact me with a return authorization number?

i had to remove the silicone seal at the top of the heating chamber on my dv karma, it was torn when new and was offgassing. any chance of getting a replacement silicone seal? thanks
