Cool! Please, let me know if they answer. For now, everything I've been told is that they understand me wanting it ASAP and they're doing their best, but no actual info. I'm an easygoing person, but I sold my S&B Crafty + before buying the AVLP2 (that was the condition I imposed to myself to buy it and got to sell it in under 24hours) and I was not expecting having to spend the whole summer with only my Dani Fusion 2.0 which is not ideal for out and about...

They replied saying they're shipping devices based on the dates they were ordered, so might be a while yet. I'm guessing I'll recieve mines in September

On US and EU website it says shipping in 2-3 weeks if ordered now. They removed preorder.

I guess all preorders will get shipped then also.

Cheers man! Again not an answer tho. Like I said, there are apparently people who ordered the 15th (the first possible day) who don't still have it... I ordered a week later... I wonder... how many devices were that first batch from China?How many do they send per week? I think they just don't actually know when they're gone be able to send all the pre-orders because of the issues/delays in the factory... But I see @MDude answered that they claim 2-3weeks for new orders... Are those paying full price getting it before us? How long will it stay in customs? I'll try not to overthink it (much more😅)

I mentioned this earlier in the thread:
Typically with large orders of devices produced in China they will expedite a small batch by airplane, and the rest will crawl across the ocean on a container ship. The last few years have seen a major slowdown in the latter method.
I'm guessing that's what's happening here.

No one is getting it before the pre-orders. Please just understand this promotion was waaaaay exceeded our expectation, it takes a little time to fulfill all orders:) we are working on it! every day.

I'm a later order, placed on 7/16. Would it be correct to say that I should expect September?

Im in the same boat. My lobo broke right as they announced the promo. So ive went back to smoking bowls waiting on my avlp2. I've plowed through so much of my flower by now waiting and now it looks like I'll be waiting longer so I had to crack and buy a hr2 to hold me over. Going back to smoking is terrible 😩

Can't help shipping issues. It is what it is

I got a dyna on a lark to get free shipping, I wish it was better for sharing (one of the boxes I'm hoping the AVLP checks) but I'm glad i've had it to tide me over

Does anyone have any updates on EU shipping, ive heard nothing myself and have also not seen any others in the EU with their yet.

Just annoyed since this "mid july" launch would've been perfect for me, yet its not early july and the only email ive received was for the initialen payment on the 19th.

I think I also only read about very few people from the EU getting something yet. Also ordered on the 15th, nothing yet.
Even though it would be exciting to receive a shipping notice, I’m in “it’s done when it’s done” mode… not much we can do and I’m sure if you got the confirmation it’ll be fine in the end.

I also ordered April 15th. Haven't received any other email containing my shipping number.

I'm getting anxiety flashbacks to when I was waiting for the OG Legacy. It was shipped August 13th of 2020. Then finally delivered August 21st. *heavy anxiety breathing ensues* 😵‍💫
