Is there an induction heater that runs off a set temp?

I ask this because listening for the click & clack of the dynavap can be a bloody challenge sometimes and i hate the burning smell wafting around🤢🤢🤮 .

YLLVAPE 3.0 is still a timed unit, is there a reason why there isn't a set temp unit around?

w/out a temp sensor in the cap don't see how you can. Maybe if calibrated to a particular cap/bowl but would still be timed at certain wattage.

The original YLLVape IH/SourceVape Ranger had decent temp control with Dynavaps. I imagine that the problem with temp control is that it would have to tuned to different devices. Temp control in the Ranger really worked differently for each Dynavap I owned, but since I generally only use one as a daily driver, my Ranger was really great at making sure I never accidentally combusted even when I didnt' wait for the cool down click. However the batteries died and they were not replaceable. I even opened the unit up to see if I could replace then, but it would have been too much soldering and desoldering on lithium batteries and well I just wasn't THAT interested

There was this project by @rz
That got close but I think family and work commitments took priority leading to the project being put on hold
