They are saying the numbers are much less than 67 but even if it is 6 or 7 people that is far too many especially when they are waiting on aid/food.

Did they not understand that participation in a foreign war that was widely unpopular with the world and blatantly illegal would potentially cause people to dislike them for killing people?

Furthermore, if someone didn't participate in genocide, why would they have to be concerned about a probe into genocidal behaviors? Aren't the IDF the ones always saying that Palestinians should just submit to investigation if they have nothing to hide? If you didn't commit any war crimes, you should be acquitted of any wrongdoing by this probe, and if you are accused of war crimes, you expelled an entire population to create an ethnostate that you can hide in that won't punish you for any potential actions taken against Palestinians.
