Gotta say I’m disappointed with Studenglass right now. I did buy a second tank, and things were fine for a bit, but now whenever I start a session and it finishes coming to temp, the modul is canceling the session within a few seconds.
I reached out to support, they asked for a number of photos, a video of the issue, and proof of purchase. After supplying everything they asked, they recommended a reset which I tried and then informed them that it made no difference. This was the response I got from support, and I find it completely lacking:
To keep your device running smoothly, we suggest using Q-tips or cotton swabs gently dipped in isopropyl alcohol for cleaning. Take a moment to clean the bottom of your tank, the connection ring, and the smoke pathway, as well as inside the coupling where the tank inserts and its smoke pathway. This approach works wonders for carefully removing any resin build-up that can happen over time. Just a quick reminder: please avoid soaking or submerging the heating tanks in any liquid or cleaning solution, as this could cause damage.
