Order 1011x shipped. Tempest 1 took a month to get to the middle of the Pacific Ocean, so ………..

I learned some stuff about the UPS vs USPS thing that made me less sure about getting lucky and not being charged the tariff. Turns out that where it says UPS on the tracking websites, that's accurate. UPS has a delivery service named "UPS Mail Innovations" and what they do is collect packages and drop them off at the post office, then the post office does their thing. It's some reduced cost thing, I didn't look much into that branch of UPS. At any rate I think that UPS may have been the ones to pick it up at customs and if that's the case, maybe they did prepay the tariff unlike USPS. Of course I'll update anyone as I learn stuff and also the day that it's delivered. Mine has been in New Jersey since the 27th so I'm pretty sure it'll be at my doorstep soon

I’d be patient with shipping , the vendors go a bit nuts during handoffs , happens to everyone it seemd

There’s nothing Brenyo can do about issues in-transit, and it’s too early to be talking about a replacement. It sucks, but it’s probably just hung up, as opposed to lost.

I think you may be getting ahead of yourself a bit here. That's not all that much time for this kind of thing. Sometimes it's fast to ship internationally and sometimes it's not. My package has just been sitting in New Jersey for days too. I know we're all excited but impatience really only causes stress for yourself

As an update MH finaly got back and we have nothing else to do except wait and see if something happens, who knows if it turns out to appear anyway. Not normal at all over 8 days without any change in the tracking of the shipping company but sure we wait who knows if this DPD has very peculiar ways of working, its really not my experience with them at all but there is always a first. No house is burning.

I've never had to sign for any of my MH deliveries so I think you're good.

Delivered 8 days after tracking went out. That includes Sunday and Memorial Day when it didn't move at all. UK to NY and clearing customs was very quick. No signature required. No bills or paperwork, just the box. DPD > Asendia > UPS MI > USPS

Did your USPS ever update I have mine out for delivery now but it’s only updated on the UPS page.

Yeah, once UPS handed it off last night it was normal USPS tracking. USPS brought it the very next day.

Order: P9788 Just got mine never got USPS tracking only UPS. My UPS tracking would update late so it got here around an hour after it updated to out for delivery. It’s still not marked delivered but I got it thankfully.

i have to say i have noticed a lot of chaos in international shipping lately. i have had 2 packages from france sitting in transit status for like a week and they magically appeared yesterday and today. i got an update on my tempest 2 and its says 14 days from now though its already in the usa. i bet it shows up randomly next week without notice too. Bless the USPS, seems they are so strapped just delivering everything that maybe there's no time for some of the admin stuff

I had this long response time by mh once too, but it was my fault. I kept replying to the same mail feed before i got an answer and this led to my conversation always go on top of mh inbox.
Since they answer bottom up obviously, i tricked myself with that.
May that be the case in your situation as well?

Did you try to contact the carrier? This helped in an equal situation. (In germany bzw too)
