I am loving mine!! I reach for this vape the most since receiving it. Awesome ball vape, it is also great with DynaVap, no cap needed, just stick the vape into the hornet and take a draw! It is so cool that you can use the small metal bowl to insert DV tips into and use almost any bowl/tip DV has.

Anybody know of a nice glass injector bowl that works well with the IO Hornet?
I sell some pretty nice ones on my website made by a small scientific glass shop in the Northeastern USA.

I ended up ordering an 18mm female to 14mm male glass passthrough. The 18mm side looks fluted so it may work.

I’ve used shovelhead, Old Head 18mm. 14mm from VGoodiez(use with my ZX). Haven’t come across a bowl that does’t work with the Hornet

Ok, so I kinda went a little nuts. I ordered SS b-tip from Dynavap with a bonger, AND a Camoflet XL. Both will be heated by the IO Hornet.

Does that come with a heater stand, or have you found something to use as a heater stand (vs. just letting it sit in the coil, I guess)?

I am indeed just letting it sit in the coil. For me, that's fine. Makes the kit very unobtrusive.

Using the included metal bowl with a 2/3 light pack, I'm doing two and done at 480f for terps and one and done at 540f for medicine.
It works just fine to at least 600f if you like thicker clouds.
I've ordered a Dynavap tip and a Convector XL to try with the Hornet. I'll report soon.

First, both the metal and the glass bowl are diffusion based. The metal bowl has a built-in "hard screen." The glass tube employs domed screens as a flexible distancing bowl.
I have given up on the glass solution. Too fiddly.
But I have ordered an Arizer ArGo WPA that's all glass and fits the Hornet.
I've also ordered an 18mm glass bowl that "may" fit it as an injector. We'll see in a half year or so (coming from China).
And finally I've got a Dynavap tip and Bonger coming this Saturday.

Got two of the selection of bowls I'd ordered, the Arizer Argo glass aroma tubes and the Convector XL.
The Argo tubes were a waste. Straight out don't fit.
The Convector XL fits perfectly as another metal diffuser bowl. It can be used on the long stem or attached to various Dynavap wpa solutions. This is a pleasant backup to the metal bowl that comes with the Hornet. Slightly easier to keep the screen clean.
I have a Dynavap SS bowl and a bonger waiting at home to try. I'll update again soon.

My VGoodiez IO Hornet bundle arrived today, an upgrade to my B0. Not sure if I will be able to hit it tonight but I sure hope so and am soooo looking forward to using it in diffuser mode. Never tried a diffuser head before.

OK, I tested the SS Dynavap B bowl on their silicon Bonger, diffusion heated via the IO Hornet at 550F.
Thick/rich vapor easily filled a 12' beaker bong, and the bowl was utterly cooked. It's a one and done whallup due to it's convection/conduction mixture. Plus the bowl is silly small. It's easy to fill (I just smash it into the flower). And it's easily to clean.
Near perfection if you're into it.
