So I've come across the posting and wanted to clarify about Pipe Puffin, it's legitimacy and our introduction in the community. My name is Steve.
We use the personas of the birds as tools to help associate our products. Piper, a puffin are actually brother and sister twins, and both name Piper.
I had worked in the advertising and marketing industry for 30 years. In the last decade I have been bringing in companies globally and working with start-ups in the Canadian cannabis space, but have been building web applications for major corporations, constructed inhouse teams, had multiple offices and hundreds of staff.
My partner (and my son) has been in the customer service and sales of hardware and herb for over a decade, with experience at some of the companies that are talked about on FC.
We looked at what was being done and thought that we could serve you better on our own, and that is the origin story of Pipe Puffin Lifestyle Brand.

Are we legit? -
Yes, We launched our site and online pressence in February of 2025. We spent close to 6 months reaching out to companies we wanted to do business with, became authorized dealers and expanded distribution channels with wholesalers and warehouses in Canada, US and the EU. this help with getting products from the best/fastest/least expensive place possible.
How is Solo III less at PipePuffin? -
We've taken it upon ourselves to secure a large quantity from Arizer, so our savings become your savings. Also they are a Canadian company, like us, so we save on freight and time to get the product to us. Also we are taking advantage of a new popular product to get our name out to the masses. We offer free shipping because we have been able to work with the post office on a discounted rate for a period of time.
What do we carry? -
We only carry devices, so no herb, wax, skunk, tobacco. It's something that we feel best serves the community and most people already have **a their** goto place.
Someone said you don't do returns, is that true? -
Yes, that's true. There are multiple reasons for this. Firstly, returns are costly! they also are a lost revenue that never is recovered. Secondly, the device you are buying has health connotations associated with it. What we do do is, if the product is defective from the factory, or something is broken in the box, we get it replaced, working with the specific product manufacture. So take your time, do your due dilegence and if you're not comfortable, it's ok we can still be friends.
Delivery? fast or slow -
Currently we offer free shipping on order $49.00 or more to USA and CAN. For that we get to choose the provider and where it's supplied from. We offer expedited shipping, for a fee during checkout and you can choose what service you want. I read that some people bought from us on the Easter weekend, and 4.20, and they didn't expect the order to go out at that time. Thanks! we ship as fast as we can!, but if the courrier or the post office isn't open... well you know.
