Yes, both the regular and XL mouthpieces fit 14mm.

My understanding from other feedback is the XL mp is long so may not fit some 14mm pieces where there is not much clearance. The regular will definitely fit all as it is not so long.
Nice, I’m on the fence on pre ordering one rn. The WPA version of the tornado just sold out! How does a pre order sell out? Lmao

I have read that the Anvil is a harsh Vapor using it natively dry, would the tornado stem be the same or different because the tornado oven?

I've definitely seen some examples of pieces the regular mouthpiece wouldn't fit into, but with either mouthpiece, you can just remove the mouthpiece and the stem will still fit 14mm at the o-ring on the heat shield.

I don’t get why people sell (unless money is needed). These things are the size of pens and you never know when you might need it again (or just a keepsake).

I consider myself to be a collector when it comes to dhvs so the idea of getting rid of my anvil is crazy. I have a tornado as well and Iove it.
There's always a different perspective, such as making vapes available to those who can't afford to buy them at full price when the VAS hits them.
Also, is making better use of something that cost resources (not to mention a lot of love and sweat in some cases) to make rather than consigning to the back of a draw as happens for many. I can get the collecting thing, but I bet not all are so bothered, so why not sell them on if there's a market for them?

From what I've read and heard, there's a process that involves running them through a special furnace (I think this is to do with constructing the copper/steel laminate) and there's limited capacity and I think only happens once a month(?). So Vestratto are limited as to how many they can manufacture, so I presume they set limits on how many pre-orders to make sure they are ready in time.

Can I remove the tornado from the WPA it came with? It seems to be on there very tight, and I don't want to break it trying to disassemble it.

Well VAS got the best of me. Got a full rig on the way. I have some questions and this forum never fails me. Trying to research it seems as though you shouldn't ISO soak the "bowl" which if I am understanding has the click discs? Can anyone verify this? My only other butane vapes are dynavaps, I don’t soak the caps on those either, but generally they don’t touch the herb.

Never ordered from Vestratto, seems the shop app tracks your order. Kind of frustrating app to deal with. Do we get a tracking number eventually? Not in any rush, just always weird ordering from new vape places. Like ordered from POTV for my first vape, because the site was nice and looked not sketchy. Avoided vgoodiez because the website looked “shady”. I finally ordered from vgoodiez and was amazed at the service. So maybe I’m just weirding out here? Probably another case of just being so used to Amazon.

Also open to any other tips with use with the wand? (Of note I only have the Dynavap silicone adaptor, no MH tempest adaptor or the leveling kit) Plan to mainly use the wand and either native through the stem or on my small bong. From my research it seems cold start is 525 on the wand and let it time out (disregard clicks) after that respect the clicks? At least for big hits on bong that’s what I’ve found. Not much info on using it with a stem. Also seems nobody has the stem unless they cut down an anvil stem right?

I am excited as a few months ago I got the hyperdyn tip and cap, which is great through a bong on bb6.m and not bad in a woodwynd stem. Bowl size is much better compared to a regular Dynavap. Just looking for a similar or better experience with the nado. Not trying to compare either, but from what I’ve read it’s a nice piece. I should also say I love the conduction/convection mix, which is why I’ve avoided some vapes after learning that’s what I enjoy.

Guys... this wooden stem is amazing. I cannot believe how cool the vapor is, but more important, how many back-to-back hits I can take with this vs. the vendor's WPA.

I was able to do 5-6 back-to-back hits which is pretty rare for this style of vape (in my experience, correct me if I'm wrong), which I partially attribute to getting the carbed version.

Super delicious, open air. I heated it with the wand in one shot, similar to TangibleHangnail's method above, only with the crappy dyanvap insert.

On top of delicious, I'm very high. This isn't unusual when using a new setup, I think I'm going to attribute some of this to the open-air flow. If you're on the fence, my first impressions are this is a great stem. We'll see how I feel after 100 sessions, but it checks a bunch of boxes for me.

Copped from Wesley with pipes and more.

Correct.

I have my order confirmation from last year, but no shipping. Don’t remember getting one.

Awesome looking! Wish I could try my wood Danis but they’re too tight with my adapter.
A lightly filled 1/2 ish bowl to end the eve :science:

If I’m not using it someone else can. Just a user, not a collector (other than memories)

They've given me a Canada Post tracking number for everything they've sent me so far.

I and I think a few others here have the stem.

That’s how I look at it. I have sold a handful of vapes on the EntExchange and don’t regret it. None of them were bad vapes or anything, but I simply didn’t use them anymore. I made some money back and the buyers saved some money compared to buying new. Win-win.
