Thanks for the video @Gary-Airvape. It definitely looks easier to clean. A couple of questions.

Is there still PEEK on the interior before and after (where the silicone plug is removed to use a cleaning brush) the glass tube? I guess this wouldn't be a deal-breaker but was hoping to see more ceramic. Is it easy to clean near the mouthpiece?

Edit: And.... I just ordered it 😂. Price was too good and it really is still the best all-in-one portable stealth vape I own.

I agree! I am using the all black one and it IS a work horse...mine is working brand new. Looks brand new and I really USE mine. I had the Steam punk version but, I wound up liking my all black one instead. The taste is super.....I got mine when they first came out too. I was thrilled back then...more than thrilled now with that easy clean improvement. Thanks Gary!!!!

Oh yes! I have the Taffee 2 it is remarkable! The ALP is also remarkable...eventually get both. They are different...I use the Taffee by the pool and outdoors, in the car...and the same with ALP...they just feel way different. Cheers! Enjoy!

Makes sense. The TB2 is indeed awesome but I think you'll really enjoy the AVLP2. The AVLP was already a great tasting all-in-one vape and it seems like they improved it. Getting it at $99 or 1/4th the price of the sale-priced TB2 is a no-brainer.

You can of course always still get the TB2 in the future but it's pricey so that would make most people pause. For me, they are very different vapes because I like to use session mode exclusively with the AVLP. I don't bother much with the on-demand mode because I use capsules that doesn't work well with pure convection. I have an amazing convection-only vape in the TB2 for that.

I like a nice, lazy 5 min session with the capsules at around 350F for the whole time. The conduction from the heated bowl builds nicely over time and sort of approximates "temp-stepping" to give you great, even extraction with little loss of taste. Great all-in-one vape.

Exactly :), of course I might still get the TB2 in the future but at that price point the AVLP 2 was just the much more appealing choice for me. And it seems like everyone is really enjoying its predecessor despite the little cleaning issue. Fingers crossed the release in June will be a big success.

Does the larger OG AVLP mouthpiece fit on the new one?

I'm not that worried about the mouthpiece, but different options (larger, bong adapter, etc) would be welcome to the line!

the siliscon is just a cover! it has a ceramic mouthpiece, just smaller than before, and we put a cover on it, no stress;)

You make a good point and I don't disagree, but capsules figure significantly in how and what I carry along with my device. I set up 2 caps Sour Diesel + 1 cap Triple Scoop or Champagne Kush and I'm good for days no matter where I am. IJS

Well 2025 was meant to be the year I cut down on my purchases......

Fat chance....

I resisted the tempest 2 for 3 days before I crumbled.....

I bought a kalu infinity cause it was beautiful......

I've got a phase3 zx arriving today.

And then I saw this offer and using muscle memory alone I had one ordered!

Besides, several FC dudes who's opinions I respect were singing it's praises so no brainer really.

Shout out to the avlp EU support team. I made one order fully paid up. Then realised I wanted the pods which actually made the (€10) postage free (so 6 x caps in effect only €19, not €29). So I contacted the support team to mod my order. Had a reply only a few hours later from a very helpful Hannah.
They couldn't modify my order but suggested I make another with the caps included and they would cancel and refund my original.

Excellent and friendly service.

Looking forward to this. And it has sparkly bits.

Nice! I wanted to do the same, but price when I ordered was 109€ including shipping, it’s 119€ now so I can also just wait and order the caps later.
Support was super quick and friendly though as well.

I already have TM2, FW9, Mighty+, Lobo, and a handful of vapes I don’t like and seldom use. This is just topping things off. I’m wondering if the AVLP will replace the Lobo as my out and about device

Okay... I went to read the OG thread a bit... and I just placed an order, along with 6 dosing capsules...
Thanks for the introductory price...! It's pretty incredible...

This is the first time in a long time that I've retested an electronically regulated vaporizer...
The last one was the Fw9 and it didn't work out of the box... and it took me too long to sort things out...
Never again, so... never again...

The introductory price makes the risk more tolerable!
And besides... I'm not buying it to replace my daily vaporizers.
I wanted a vaporizer that I'm less worried about during an outdoor adventure than the ones in my collection...

So it's more for recreational activities by the river or the ocean...

At this price, and given the reviews of the OG...
it's a fantastic option!
