Double decarbing Capsules for severe pain and sleep

I have made indica capsules on more than one occasion.

I am interested in doing a double decarb on at least some of the cannabis.

Does anyone have any experience with double decarbing?

I want to know what percentage of my cannabis gets 1 decarb and what percentage gets 2 decarbs?

I decarb half the herb twice and half once for capsules that we use for sleep. I’m not sure that would be best for pain though. In the past I made really strong capsules that were 100% decarbed twice and did not like them. They made us really couch locked high, probably good for pain, but too high for sleep. I don’t remember variety we used.

Double decarbing can hit hard—great for deeper pain relief but often too heavy for smooth sleep. Splitting it 50/50 like shredder mentioned is a smart middle ground to balance sedation and functionality in your capsules.
