Might seem like a strange question but please i need to know asap , thanks in advance!

When the vvps has a digital display, does the voltage change with the draw? Or does the draw effect the display, lets say its 9.5, when inhaling will it drop to 9.4 9.3 etc, or does it stay the same?
Idk maybe its all the same and I can ask about any vape and vvps but i need to know about vapbong specifically, thanks!

It does not fluctuate due to inhalation.

Does not change, from the draw, because it is measuring the power coming in... That fluctuates, based on the resistance of the heating element I think? as it heats up and stabilizes... It does not change from your draw like temp reading theoretically would

So my heater has failed and I have a new one on the way.

Since I'm about to gut my Vapbong I thought a deep clean might be a good idea. It's not too bad, just some sticky gunk on the ceramic part where the bowl sits. I searched on here a bit and a few people don't recommend the trusted ISO + salt clean for the Vapbong. Is it just soap and water then?

I use a torch to heat up the gunk under the bowl and then scrape it off with a wooden stick.
An iso soak isn't that bad and does a better job than soap. I use soap and very hot water as
a daily rinse when I'm motivated.

I've used hot water and white vinegar for light cleaning and ISO after a couple days' use. It's important to not let either sit for very long, 5mins or so maybe. I usually just swish and dump. Same with soap, I'd think. "Don't use anything you don't want to taste," is how I view it, though I do break that rule for only the briefest soaks. I would think ISO has the best chance of evaporating completely should it soak in at all. I think you could dampen a cloth with ISO, wipe and rinse in the downstem, but again, with as little time/exposure as possible.

Yeah just don't soak, don't use a lot, and rely on hot water rinse too (carefully covering electronic stuff) they had also recommended vinegar in the past, and dish soap is okay, but you want to rinse those thoroughly, and probably have the piece air out of it afterward...

Don't use anything you don't want to taste; indeed

Yes exactly, and laundry detergent is not meant for that type of cleaning at all lol personally I would really not want to torch it either, but I would not even torch steel mesh screens
