This is a cordless, crystalline ball vape.
It's an 18mm injector that uses a 20mm coil.

It's listed as a pre-order on the Vapvana website

This photo is my beta unit, which is filled with rubies instead of sapphire. I have a short review on my website.
The bundle is listed at $799

Have you tried to torch it ?
Can the top part be used like a banger ?
It's certainly a beautiful piece of gear, not reasonably engineered but bling and reason have never been seen in the same room together...

I have not torched it, but I thought about it!
I wouldn't want to get this dirty with dabs, it's such a pure flavor

And thats advertised as a sale price 😮

Nope. I'm out.
Oof that’s steep. Looks nice though! The solid quartz seems like an interesting take on a ball vape, would be tempted to try it if I had space for one.

Edit: oh, looks like $800 is the full price, drops to $556 in the cart with the preorder discount. Still a bit steep, but not as bad

I think this is a really interesting choice, and an idea that I haven't seen explored too heavily with the all-glass air path.

I guess at this price I'm happy that this all-glass flavour sipping approach isn't what I'm about, which is why I like the Screwball and Ace so much. It's very different to their existing products.

I think their new website looks good, and from the perspective of someone who works in comms and marketing I think it's fun how they're really overtly leaning into the baseball theme now. It's a fun gimmick that allows people to quickly and easily tie the names of their product/s to the brand, although perhaps one that doesn't mean as much to those of us outside the US.

Are they gonna sell the Natural heater separately?Would the Natural heater even work in the Ace hot hole? The natural has a 20mm hot hole while the Ace sits at 25mm. Will have to catch the Think Dank on that one. 😉

The 25mm coil would likely be too big but they've added an "essentials bundle" that includes the Natural heater, 20mm coil w/post+coil guard, heater stand and 2 glass bowls. It's also 33% off when you add it to your cart which comes out to $400 but you'd need to have your own base for the coil post and heater stand.

Thats good info. I didn't see the essentials bundle. Good for anybody who already has an Ace. Thank you.

They’re experiencing delays in production..I would be surprised if we see this before summer..

Not surprised — we’re still waiting on the quartz blender included with the Ace bundle pre-order that shipped early November. For anyone who isn’t in the know they switched to a different quartz supplier and communicated this on 4/28.

No plans to get the Natural unless it’s widely reviewed as god-tier. It does look cool, but I’m worried about how long that thing must take to heat and its durability. In my head the ultimate desktop solution for flavor is going to be wired, but I’d be happy to be proven wrong. Also, $$$.

I am getting the bundle that does not have the base for the post. I have a cannabis hardware post which I mounted using their threaded insert.

Can I use that or what would you all suggest

MonsterWithoutBorders,
Just got mine in! This is my first ball vape. Anyone have any specific temps they like to set it at? Seemed like 490 and 530 were too low so far.

550 seems to be a good balance of flavor and vapor!

I still can't get them to reply to my email with questions about the glass...

It's wild to me that their customer service is still so bad after so long.

Thank you for reviewing our beta prototypes of The Natural!

After further testing, we've decided to go with 3mm Sapphire balls as the final option. These have the best airflow and performance, while still maximizing flavor.

My screwball is great and I’d like to get an ace as my wireless setup at some point but IMO $800 for this feels insane.
The Natural Kit retails for $599, with our Essentials Bundle coming in at $475, and The Natural heater being $349.

We do not recommend torching The Natural heater since it is designed to work in our 20mm hot hole.

The top part is a threaded quartz lid that keeps the gems inside. We do not recommend putting dabs / concentrates through it. Both the The Natural Kit & Essentials Bundle come with a 20mm quartz autospinner banger that works inside the 20mm hot hole.

The Natural was designed to be the best tasting ball vape possible. The goal wasn't to minimize costs, but to remove all metal while making it performance as good as possible.

We chose for it to be an injector to maximize flavor, although it doesn't perform as well as an diffuser. The quartz housing is also made via CNC, which increases the costs.

For context, the quartz housing for The Natural costs more than a complete Screwball kit - which is why it's priced accordingly.

Ok so who's gonna buy one and report back that it is indeed the best tasting ball vape on the planet?
The Natural Kit is also backed by our 30 day open back guarantee. If for some reason you didn't think it was the best tasting, you'd still be able to get your money back

Nope. I'm out.
As of June 1st, we've updated our pricing to a 'Fair Everyday Pricing' model.

This means we no longer offer evergreen coupon codes, and give you the best price for each product every day of the year.

The Natural heater + other accessories will be sold separately after we complete our next round of production.

The heater works with our 20mm hot hole coil. We are in the process of expanding our cordless ball vape line, which includes offering options for all the different coil sizes: 30mm, 25mm, 20mm, and 16mm.

They’re experiencing delays in production..I would be surprised if we see this before summer..
There was a ~2 week delay due to some further testing needed.

The first round of production the quartz housings we received had slightly larger internal volume than our previous prototype. This led from it holding ~700 2.5mm gems to ~830 instead.

This caused the airflow to be overly restricted, and limit the performance. Because of this I went back to the drawing board to test our different gem shapes and sizes.

The following gems were tested:
- 2.5mm gem cut sapphires
- 3mm gem cut sapphires
- 4mm gem cut sapphires
- 2mm ruby balls
- 2.5mm ruby balls
- 3mm ruby balls
- 4mm ruby balls

After I finished testing, it was clear that the 3mm ruby balls were the clear winner. I asked our manufacturer to order the 3mm sapphire balls, which caused the slight delay

Not surprised — we’re still waiting on the quartz blender included with the Ace bundle pre-order that shipped early November. For anyone who isn’t in the know they switched to a different quartz supplier and communicated this on 4/28.

As mentioned in our email updates, we've run into significant issues finalizing the designs for our quartz blender. Due to the quality control issues, we had to switch quartz manufacturers during our prototyping process (this was only for our quartz bangers, since The Natural housing is made by a different supplier.

Unfortunately this has taken a lot longer than expected. The lesson I learned was to not start a pre-order, or offer a free gift, until the final prototype has been tested and approved.

However, the recent samples we received have been approved and the first round of production is in the works. We are expecting to have the bangers around 7/10, and will fulfill all our outstanding orders then,

No plans to get the Natural unless it’s widely reviewed as god-tier. It does look cool, but I’m worried about how long that thing must take to heat and its durability. In my head the ultimate desktop solution for flavor is going to be wired, but I’d be happy to be proven wrong. Also, $$$.

We recommend preheating The Natural for 10 minutes after the PID reaches your desired temp. After each hit, it takes ~5 minutes for it to fully reheat. Although these are all just estimates, since I still need to do more testing.

If you have a high tolerance, it may be difficult to get back to back bowls with The Natural.

Out of all the testing I've done in the past ~year, the only issues I've had were with the handles breaking - due to my own mistakes. The Natural heater is designed to be left in the hot hole coil without there being any issues.

The benefit of using a cordless system is that you can also heat quartz bangers with it. As for flavor, some could argue the cordless system will have better flavor because of how the herb is being heated (there is a slower 'heat up' time / curve because there isn't constant power being supplied into the unit).

We also are still working out our warranty details, but plan to take care of any broken housings within the first ~30 days.

Just got mine in! This is my first ball vape. Anyone have any specific temps they like to set it at? Seemed like 490 and 530 were too low so far.

550 seems to be a good balance of flavor and vapor!
Thank you for the early support! And congrats on getting your first ball vape.

We recommend 600f as a starting temp for The Natural heater, and then you can adjust up or down by 10f until you find your desired outcome.

I still can't get them to reply to my email with questions about the glass...

It's wild to me that their customer service is still so bad after so long.
What questions did you have about the glass?

We do our best to get back to all emails, but sometimes tickets can fall through the cracks by mistake.

And for those that are unaware, Vapvana is a bootstrapped startup founded by me (Cal). I am currently the only full time employee, and have some part time help with our customer service email.

We continue to try our best to provide the best experience possible, and learn from any mistakes we make. There is a reason we are the only ball vape company that offers a 30 day open box guarantee, and lifetime warranty on our kits.

If anyone has any feedback on how we can improve the customer experience please let me know, as we are always looking for ways to improve. We are in the process of making more content, updating our website with a help desk, and getting ready for new product releases.

Thank you all for your support and feedback. If you have any questions you can respond here.

Happy Vaping,
Cal
