Hiya FC Peeps! I'm excited to announce Maremaresing Metalworks and the first of my vapor cooling accessories. I love constantly modifying, accessorizing, and generally tinkering with my thermal extraction devices. Unfortunately, I often find that what I want to exist, doesn't. Even worse, I've found that unsafe materials or unmaintainable designs are prevalent.

So, I decided to take matters in my own hands and acquire the skills and tooling to create my own unique accessories for my favorite devices. The learning curve has been steep, and the machine tools very expensive, but I am now surrounded by awesome accessories that are both functional and beautiful.

My desire and dream is to make the neatest toys for users of thermal extraction devices that provide safe and harm reducing usage.

To Purchase:

My Etsy shop MMSmetalworks is the most up to date place to see what's available. As I make new things, I'll list them up!

Custom Work:

Do you have a device that I don't make accessories for, or a cool accessory that you want to exist in your life? Maybe you just want what I make with slight differences.

PM me about it! I'd love to chat and see if I can make something cool for you.

In the venerable words of Apple Cabin Foods;
"IF U WANT IT?
IT'S 4 SALE OKAY
IF U NEED 2 ASK
ASK"

9MM Petal Pipe/8MM Petal Pipe

The 9mm Petal Pipe is a purpose built accessory for the Lotus, offering a smaller .1g bowl size and secondary compatibility with the 9mm ecosystem of Thermal Extraction Devices. The heavy chunk of 304 Stainless Steel provides fantastic heatsinking for a comfortable draw.

The 8mm Petal Pipe is a purpose built accessory for the Lotus, offering a Microdoser .05g (or less!) bowl size and secondary compatibility with the 8mm ecosystem of Thermal Extraction Devices. The heavy chunk of 304 Stainless Steel provides fantastic heatsinking for a comfortable draw.

To make stirring and reloading a breeze, this svelte design omits magnets, relying on close fitment and gravity to keep the Lotus top in place.

Stainless Steel Cooling Mouthpiece For XMAX V3 Pro Glass Accessory Top

I absolutely love the V3 Pro, and this mouthpiece really classes it up. It's something you just have to use to believe. Despite the short pathway between the oven and your mouth, the chonky stainless tames things right down. I've designed this to accept the stock ceramic diffuser that comes with the accessory top, giving hot air a right angle turn straight into a cool 304 Stainless wall, before turning again to the outlet restriction.

This is sized to ensure snug fitment in the silicone collar of the V3 Pro accessory top. This firm lockup means you'll never have to worry about it falling out when on the go!

Thank you all so much for the kind words, interest, likes, hearts, and appreciation. As much work as goes into designing and making these, it was almost harder to put myself and my creations out there. It means a lot to be to be received with warmth.

I've spent some time in the workshop whipping up a couple of low profile 8mm Petal Pipes with 6mm stems, and they should be on the store tomorrow. As much as I like the 9mm style, I've really been drawn to the bowl size of the 8mm. I can do larger sizes, but feel the lotus really shines when the bowl is reduced and elongated. makes for less mess stirring, too!

Sneak Peak of what's been taking all my attention, also to be listed up.

The tinytinypipe for the Dynavap/8mm and POTV Lobo one piece vapor path mouthpieces. (I have a Fury 3 in the mail to me that I'm REALLY excited to make these for).

The tinytinypipe is so freaking adorable. A total cutie. It's also lightweight, easy to hold and use, stands on it's own, and delivers comfortable vapor. Pictured is one I kept for myself, that I'm over the moon for. They are more of a pain to make than you'd expect, and I think future versions will not have the metal mouthpiece, instead using silicone hose. I'll have 3 to list up.

The POTV Lobo mouthpieces are so beautiful in person, and hefty. Turned from a solid 19mm bar of 304 stainless, they make the Lobo extremely striking. I'm like a dragon with her hoard, and I really don't want to part with them. Guess I'll just have to make more.

Lastly, I'll be dropping a 25% discount this Friday 4/4 to go until 4/22. I don't celebrate April Fools, but I definitely celebrate 420!!!

These look amazing!! Do the heads detach from the stems? I would love to get just like one of the stems and both the .1 and .05g bowls in one order!

Thank you!!! The stems don't detach, and are fixed in place firmly with intermitent kinetic energy transfer (hammer taps). This gives a firm "one piece" feeling to the pipes and solved some frustrating fitment issues. Making the stems detachable is something I'd like to offer down the line, but out of scope right now.

I'm curious about your use case for having one stem and two heads? Minimalism, travel, something else?

A combination of minimalism and travel! I have a Lotus on its way to me from the Exchange, and I pretty exclusively use manual vapes so I have a bevy of 8mm devices and a few 9mm ones. One stem with two heads would be ever-so-slightly more minimalistic to throw in a bag with a Lotus, Dani Fusion, and Vapvap. That said, I think I may just need to buy one of each!!

25% Off 420 Sale went live this morning, and will run until 4/22! No need for discount codes, as the discount is baked into the listings.

Many thanks again for the interest, care, and orders I've received. I am truly excited to share these with you all, and think they are so freaking neat.

I totally understand ya there. While I shouldn't dissuade you from buying one of each, the modder in me can't resist; it's easier to get a 9mm version and fill the gap for the 8mm tips. I have some drip tips from the Dotaio SE that accept the dynavap nicely, and drip tips fit nicely in 9mm inlets (depending on their orings). Alternatively, you could get some thicker orings. It might be a little insecure of a fit, but would minimize your kit. Just a thought.

This is so awesome. Just curious if any of the stuff is like lathe work?

It indeed lathe work coupled with other tooling for creating stem holes, cuts, finishing, and a bevy of hand tools. I've also designed a couple tools to create unique features and finishes. (I now see your PM about this, and will pick that convo up as soon as I'm able. :) ).

SO I've gotten creative in the shop this week, and am excited to show these now that they are listed up on my etsy.

First off, POTV Accessory Stems! Sized for the depth of the Lobo, they will work on the One, Pax Adapter, POTV V3 Pro, etc. (The "Silver Bullet" stem is my own, but I'll be making more since I think it's super neat and compatible with Healthy Rips devices.)

I can't get over how magnificent they look, and the weight/size makes these devices feel like a really good box mod/ecig setup. They were going to be listed up earlier, but I ran into a huge (for me) issue when I tested the design with the Lobo. HEAT. Granted, I'm sensitive, but even the stock dimpled glass stem on the Lobo was painfully hot. Running a straight through design on these meant the heat never really interacted with the chunk of stainless steel.

On the V3 Pro, the little ceramic Does Work in catching and redirecting the heat into the side of my mouthpieces. You can see in the below photo this ceramic, and my low profile mouthpiece, which provides perfectly comfortable draws.

So I spent some time in the workshop and designed these 304 Stainless Steel "Crinkle Twists". These insert firmly into the pathway of the mouthpieces and cause the hot vapor to be redirected constantly into the side of the pathway. In testing, this provides a cooler experience than the stock dimpled glass stem. Excellent. Problem solved.

Since this is a new design for me, I'm including extra lengths of this twist with my POTV stems and similar, so that users can play around with them and have extras. They can be cut with strong scissors and the sharp ends blunted with a file. While they don't provide as much cooling per inch as a thicker Simrell Twist, they offer more airflow.

Next up are my tinytinypipes for the 8mm TEDs like the Dynavap. In spite of it's adorable size, heat is mitigated well in all ways for the user. Standing on it's own, it keeps the hot tips from the surface while they cool. Designed with ultralight and minimalist goals, it will fit perfectly with your EDC kit, giving big cooling and effects in small size. There are many stems for these devices, but a pipe offers different evocative experience I think you'll love.

I kept one of these for myself and have been using it this week with great enjoyment. Vapor is comfortable and flavorful and hearty, and my M7 tip hasn't left it. While this was a fun rainy Sunday project, it's a total winner. There are 3 available currently, and I'm not sure I'll do the metal mouthpieces on future versions. But that depends on how it sells and the feedback I get.

Lastly, this comment in the Lotus thread spurred me to design a lower profile Petal Pipe.

Wow. If they were a a little flatter…they would be perfect to carry it on the pocket!

I love an interesting challenge, so I made two using a thinner 6mm stem and reducing the gap between the stem channel and the bowl as much as possible, removing overhang below. The end result is something I absolutely love, and I will be producing more of these. (Particularly, I will be making one for myself ASAP!)

I ended up getting the 8mm low profile one! I sometimes use a Vaphit tip as a 9mm adapter as my Stunner and Dani both fit in that tip pretty well, and microdosing with the Lotus is something I'm looking forward to :)
