Unless the warranty has changed drastically, you do not have to return your old one.i believe, you have to turn-in the old unit but i'm unsure that is the way it is done.
i would definitely like to know for sure.

I've got both of my old Legacys (Legaci?) and iirc I've received the "Uncle Gary" discount on both my Legacy Pros.i believe, you have to turn-in the old unit but i'm unsure that is the way it is done.

Yes.Hot damn did I ever register my airvape?! Can I still register it even if it was bought 2 christmas ago? Gonna have to go get it back from the person I loaned it too!
Hi, No need the actual unit. just your order numberHello @Gary-Airvape! I am also interested in the new vape. I bought my AVLP back in 23 on 420 but lost it on a festival last year. Will I still be eligible for the 50% discount if I have my order number?
send me one plsss noww now now now ononwownwnownwonwowwnoHi, No need the actual unit. just your order number
Gary told us 4/20, pretty sure. Hoping 4/20 means I can have it for use on 4/20, as I have a cool disc golf event that day where your entry fee is one joint, we call it the 420 cup.At What time and timezone is the new avlp being released?
Sounds great pretty much the only problems I had with ithello Peeps,
So teaser: we straighten the airpath, so one brush can clean all the way, no more small parts, no more tricky corners. We built in a new screen, bigger, with colours, new heat insulation, cork cover outside and beatufil new colours.
I've got one question though, what materials are on the inside? Having in mind the Angus Enhanced controversyhello Peeps,

I think that is only fair to ask any and all vape manufacturers-how is the vape inside? ...can we see how the vape is made and what kind of materials are used?I've got one question though, what materials are on the inside? Having in mind the Angus Enhanced controversy
Another hurt, former Angus-fan here. Is the AVLP a good device to switch to? I know that a new one is coming, by it will surely be similar to the old one, right?
I specifically mean the vapor taste, is it top notch, like from an all-glass device?
This is what leads to Vape manufacturers taking shortcuts. You cant just assume everything is peaches and dandy. At the last avlp release I was one of the ones asking Apollo what the vape contained inside, the current iteration of the AVLP is safe to use. This was confirmed. No matter the previous track record everything in todays society has to be questioned, its when we become complacent that things like the Angus Enchance happen. I was the third person to get the OG Angus for example, I ditched YLL after that. They proved to me that they arent trustworthy during the first iteration of the OG Angus. They'll never regain my trust.Greetings,
I am sorry to hear about the Angus. This is my two cents about the ALP. I am able to have an opinion because I have owned many ALPS and Angus I have had two of them...the OG and enhanced model of the wood og...
The ALP is remarkable in many ways...from my simple perspective the flavor alone is worthy. The new model of the ALP coming out in April will fix most of the problems it had. You will be able to have a better air flow and the ability to clean it will be better. The ALP is certainly smaller and able to be concealed much better.
The best thing about the ALP is that it is safe to use. This company has been around for awhile and the engineers are always adjusting and making it better. After the Angus disaster...I would worry lots about the vapes you use. That is why I stick now to what I know and my Vapman, Volcano, TM and the ALP are in my rotation. I feel comfortable.
I used my Angus approx. 12 times each. I never really liked it at all. Another I do not like at all is the Solo 3...cannot get into it. Anyway, buy the ALP with extreme confidence...
...save your money and wait for the upcoming deal.
Regards,
DrG
PS I think it's the duty of vape reviewers to tear them down and show us what is in there instead of trying to sell us vapes. I want to know how it is built inside...funny how reviewers just gave the Angus the thumbs up when it came out. From now on...make sure that you know what your vapes looks like inside and what kind of materials are being used inside.
Did they ever show the teardown, or was that a third party? I remember earlier in this thread there was some back and forth about not wanting to divulge trade secrets before someone leaked the schematics, but it’s been years so my memories might be off.I'm hope airvape will share details about what's inside, just like they did last time.
From memory I remember them sharing the schematics and materials after some hounding, but could be misremembering. Although I know I wouldn't have bought two otherwise as I consider it a must to share. Otherwise no buenoDid they ever show the teardown, or was that a third party? Would definitely like to see a teardown or schematics for the next gen though! My only issue with the current gen is that difficult to clean right angle bend in the airpath (and plastic), but love the aesthetics otherwise.
