Seattle Area 2:1, 1:1 etc CBD Strains?

Howdy fellow FCers. Title says most of it, I recently relocated to the Seattle area and have not been able to find high CBD strains; the 2:1 and 1:1 strains work wonders for my anxiety. The highest I’ve seen in any of my local shops (from Puyallup to Burien) is like 0.1%.

Coming from being medical in MO, I’m not sure if it’s because these shops are mostly recreational? Are there more medicinal oriented shops that I’m missing? Any info you might be able to share would be appreciated!

Raven grass and Puffin farms both have great high CBD strains. Come up to Canna West Seattle and you will find some good stuff.

Also my favorite mail order CBD flower is grown from just south of Tacoma: Hoku Seed Co.

You might have to expand your search a little bit nearly every shop has some good 1:1 or 2:1 flower around here.

Excellent news! I’m happy to hear there are better markets than I’ve been shopping! They aren’t bad at all, just very clearly cater to a “let’s get some weed and get stoned this weekend” type of user more than a patient.

Yeah, I suspect there are good shops closer to home for you too. Have a heart in Skyway used to have a lot of CBD flower. I think they sort of go in waves of inventory.

+1 for anything from puffin farms for Type II ratios!

Hoku is phenomenal hemp as well

You need to go the to medical dispensaries. If you have a medical card you can save a little bit off the taxes. Dockside in Seattle and The Novel Tree in Bellevue (across the lake) have excellent selections. My wife uses a high CBD strain of 9lb Hammer for pain relief.

I live in Oregon. Legal state as well. I order my CBD online and get my THC locally.

I find mixing easier than finding something that is bred that way.

When I first started looking for CBD locally, I couldn't find any at 0.3% THC (read: federally legal). Turns out OCN (Organic CBD Nugs) is Oregon grown and delivers some really nice top-shelf flower. Considering the price difference (wait for the 60% off coupons!) between CBD and THC, it was a no-brainer to just order the CBD.

One other thing to add to the mix - concentrates. I've been having some fun with Blue Dream shatter. Added to CBD flower makes for an all-out session. You need to take it to dark ABV/AVB but it really is a nice way to supplement the experience.

Go ahead and manually mix your own strains together.
All you need is a cbd flower as a base, and then you can experience any type of sativa or india, hybrid out there.

It also helps to get a cheap food scale from amazon for like 20 bucks. They are pretty accurate for what they cost.

Look for Phat Panda -White Widow 10%THC 10% CBD.
Dog House- Nubia 7%THC 14% CBD.
Eagle Tree Farms has a couple of lower THC high CBD strains. Their RSO is top notch.
I’m in Tacoma, but you should find the above in the Seattle area.

I mainly just get $50 1/4s of Dreadbread from Kiona and mix with WNC mail order $85 Oz Sativa cbd Charlotte’s Angels to get stuff done. I had to transition to their Lemon Cookies since they don’t currently have the Charlotte strain.. but the Dreadbread and Charlotte is like Dutch Treat tasting heaven imo….

As someone who exclusively uses CBD rich strains, I highly recommend Royal ACDC by Eagle Trees if you can find it. It is hands down the top notch CBD flower in this state. It is a 2:1 strain with around 5-6% THC in it.

Phat Panda does seem to have good stuff for dispo stock. Plowed through a 1/4 of their Jack Herer “Frost Factory”, they were indeed frosty! I’ll keep an eye out for Eagle as well as they’ve been mentioned by several.
