@Djsleepy will there be a way to determine a real TM from a counterfeit one? Tinymightvapes has treated many of us here with great customer service. We all want to be sure that if we purchase a TM2 it is from Tinymightvapes and not a rip-off from the Orient.
Will we be able to be confident that if we buy a unit second-hand TM2 that we are not getting ripped off? Perhaps non-sequential serial #'s?

@sickmanfraud – Serial numbers have been introduced a while ago, I expect to see it on the TM2 too.
Remember, it's pretty much still in development and we haven't seen a release date for the TM2 yet.

Very glad to read the TM2 will work with TM stems! Definitely keeping my eye on this one, I like the look of the new lid a lot. Can't wait for a release date to be announced.

Aren’t the stock stems straight on the bottom? If the same diameter on the bottom, insertion difference should be negligible regardless if glass or metal (Ti)

Please tell us what's interesting about it? I take exception to the insinuation I am selling counterfeit units. You can check with Tinymight themselves if you don't believe me. Your accusations are out of line and unwarranted. All the units we got in the first batch came with serial numbers as they were their latest TM1 batch.

I was high when I initially read what they wrote, I honestly thought it was just a joke post when they put "interesting" in quotes and used the word Orient like that.
Anyhow, my point here to @sickmanfraud if I didn't misunderstand you, is to say that even though I've never bought from them, I personally would trust VGOODIEZ to do right by the customer. Meaning not selling counterfeits. And I definitely trust VGOODIEZ to be able to spot a counterfeit way better than I ever could. And my understanding of the previous posts is that you they are buying directly from TM. Beyond that, there are countless posts here and on vaporents that shout out VGOODIEZ for going above and beyond.

Perhaps some reconsideration before posting, just to be sure your intention is clear. I read your post as a concern about counterfeits, which is fair, but to associate @VGOODIEZ with that notion isn’t appropriate.
FC is populated by all types, but Scott at VGoodieZ is part of what makes FC a great forum. Not only does Scott know his vaporizers, you could not meet a nicer, more generous guy .
He would more likely be the one to raise the red flag to help us all than take advantage. He is genuinely a “beyond the call of duty” type.
I recommend making a purchase from VGoodieZ, you’ll never doubt Scott again.

I am sorry for my indelicate use of English. It is my first and basically only language but sometimes we can be inarticulate.
Interesting is just the way I chose to frame it. Sorry I have edited out that line. I guess I was thinking of people waiting to buy from you due to your service and USA address to deal with. And then, after all your waiting and waiting then you find out that there is a new Tinymight I felt more bad for the long wait and I was trying to be empathetic to your situation.
Like if you were to buy something and see it on sale the next day. That was the interesting. If you were going to sell counterfeits, why wait?

For the record I took that post exactly as it was intended, literally face value, just interesting that TM are finally being sold by retailers, as we hear about the TM2... All the concern about counterfeits, was clearly just about the TM2, specifically because it was said that is the reason TM does not want to share many photos of it yet

@Shit Snacks – Yeah, that's exactly how I read that too, didn't see the idea of counterfeits being associated with that.
And yeah, it *would* be interesting to see TM1s suddenly being sold at all kind of places (well...) *if* the TM2 release would be very soon, however, at this point we actually don't know. Might be sometime next year.

I honestly just assumed the timing had more to do with the TinyMight makers moving out inventory in prep for the new one. I had the TM in my cart when it landed at VGOODIEZ but was waiting to see if anyone posted anything else to look for in my portable for desktop lovers thread. I'm a little glad I didn't pull the trigger and clearly Scott had no issues moving the OG TM. From the sounds of it a lot of people think the OG is well worth the purchase now even with a updated version coming down the pipe.

My misunderstanding then @sickmanfraud . Sorry if I came off defensive. I understand the concern on the "Chinamight" as I think it's been referred to. I have some information on how this went down and the stock availability of both the 1 and 2 but it's not my place to share.

Totally not paying attention as I put in the battery, I carelessly put it in upside down.
I didn't even turn it on - as soon as I tightened the cap, it didn't buzz, and I knew.
I'm kicking myself, because I am so deliberate and careful (99.87% of the time).
This, folks, is why I bought a second TM - it knew sooner or later I'd break it.
This whole "know thyself" thing is really paying off

Now I just need to NOT break #2, at least until I have this sorted.

No luck - I tried that a couple times. When it didn't work, I took out the battery and confirmed that the bottom of the battery compartment is charred. This is one of the early ones - two hundred and thirty-something...not sure if that has any bearing.

loved it since the my first TM OG from March"20
I'm impressed with the release of the new version 2.0. albeit with not significant, but useful and effective changes.

It’s a beefed up version that hits harder and more consistent than OG imo. I have had to not tighten/adjust anything in order to keep performance the same as day one!my second TM 1.5 from February"22 (with serial number and updated board) . works just magically stable.
