can anyone tell me the differences between a brand new TM and a 2-year-old one?

What is this calibration I have heard about?
Calibration is to make it reach hotter (or colder) temperatures if you don't like it as it is.
Old gen second hand TMs probably don't have an update/mod that prevents it losing power along the way (and people used to recalibrate it to patch the thing). I say probably because mine has the update because I sent it back to Finland when I experienced it was getting weaker. You can see if it has the update by getting a picture of the inside, with the metal tube removed. Metal parts to make a better connection should be visible, otherwise you'd see only wood behind the glass tube.
Other than that (AFAIK) new TMs have updated circuits and a serial number, preventing from buying a second hand Chinamight from now on.

All who wander are not lost...
My original Tinymight order number was 133.

I just ordered some accessories and the order # was over 12,900!! WOW!!
Mine was #171, which was @VapeKnight ’s accidental second TM which I bought from him new (what are friends for?), and it’s been blissful vaping with it for 27 months. My TM rocks every single time. The difference between a new and 2-year old TM is exactly that, mostly: 2 years :). And a great experience each time. What else can I say? It’s a simple, easy to use and most enjoyable vape for flower. Very portable too as I continue to use it natively with the short stock stem and (hollow) CU as I’ve removed the nuts and washers and no longer use them. It’s that simple. Sublime! Happy Humpday. :peace:

Yeah I pissed on the rug...... so what
Anybody know of any discount codes? My Firefly2+ has given up.
I wanted to re reply to this, my last response was quick and I was trying to be funny  but I think I came off a bit of a abrupt jerk:mad:. there are no coupon codes for the tinymight, in fact they have never had a sale of any kind. the maker was selling faster than he could make them at one point, it has slowed down enough now that he can at least some of the time actually stock his store for immediately sale, other than that it might take a week for the sale to go through to be shipped. you also get a generous 10 year warranty with free shipping both ways for non user related damage.

What are the dimensions for the 60 or 80 stems, the glass tubing used in the TM... The ID wall thickness.

I have a glass place near me that can make just about anything but I need the dimensions and wondered if there are standard tubing sizes. I measured it but just want to be sure.

TM glass stems are 16mm OD and 12mm ID if you want the CU's to fit,
I'd like to try some glass that is longer, with thicker walls, I don't use the cu's,
maybe 100mm length with 16mm OD & 8-10mm ID

edit; proud owner of a Tinymight since 11 /2019
Ordered Thursday June 23. Received in middle America (Arkansas) Wednesday June 29. Wow !

BTW, I received some sort of error message the first time I hit the Pay button. I contacted my credit card company and told them this was a valid charge. The second time I hit Pay the Tinymight order went thru. Nice!

Thanks again to Mod's & contributors to this site. Lots of great info here!

Thanks. That is what I get. Just curious as to why you want a thicker wall?

I've been using 6 in glass tubes with slightly thicker walls, the CU's don't fit,
they work great, just curious how much I can reduce the length & keep the
same cooling effects,

I don't like the taste of metal, I do like how easy glass cleans up, plus, simple
glass tubes are pretty inexpensive, the 2 I've been using were $10 each

Hi everyone,

Small update on my TM order. As mentioned, as it wasn't being processed, I had canceled it, and the TM agreed to pay me back. After 10 days, I still hadn't received the payment so made a follow-up email yesterday. They said they were sorry as it was due to their switch to a new financial system, said they would pay me back and for the apology send me a unit for free anyway. Talk about customer service! To thank them, I'm ordering a second unit with the money they are sending me back and will offer it to my daughter. Thumbs up and thanks TM team!

Just ordered TM, fingers crossed. Was trying to decide between Legacy Pro and TM, and discount for Legacy not available anymore. Also TM looks more flexible in different usage scenarios - j-hooks, WPAs, 3rd party stems. I like the straw method of filling the chamber and simplicity of cleaning.

Luckily I read part of this thread before, so no any accessories other then WPAs and o-rings. Planning to get 3rd party cooling stems, not sure about the materials so far. Visually I really like the wooden stems, but have no any experience with wood in vapor path.

Looks like a fun journey ahead. Thanks for all the info shared here. Very useful. The only issue - thread getting huge and not so simple to search through.

You won't be sorry. They made a mistake on an order for an accessory. To make up for it they sent me 2 of them by DHL express mail.

Hats off to TM's customer service. I bought two last year. Bricked one trying to get the battery post in a better position and the heat up, and the 2nd one started losing power. I chatted with them via email yesterday and they immediately sent everything I needed to send them to Finland via DHL. Given what I've seen in the past I won't be surprised to see these back in my hands before the end of July, if not sooner.

Anybody use their TM in high temps outside?

Haven't used mine outside yet during summer. Probably going to have it with me all day in >90°F/32°C heat tomorrow and wondering if I should just bring a butane vape instead. Or maybe just keep the battery out while not in use. I'm more concerned with it getting too hot and frying any electronics or the battery becoming damaged. Any recommendations?

My Tm has been tested many times with temperatures above 40ºC .In the shadow
works even better and takes less time to buzz:rockon:
