@Alexis I remember you from the herborizer thread, my herborizer is also a device I enjoy very much. I'll try to draw some comparisons for you.

The Musa 2.0 starts to extract very quickly, if you take a medium speed draw on your first draw you will have clouds from draw 1, again this is dependent on how you pack your bowl etc.

I personally think the flavor of the Musa is slightly better but they both are excellent devices. Right now, I feel the Musa is giving me more medicating effects from the same amount of material, but that could just be because I have started to use a new device I'm not used to.

I didn't expect to think of the Musa as an equal to my Hebo DigiTi, but I really am enjoying it more right now, probably because it's now, but it's definitely in the same caliber of strength, flavor, and speed of extraction, and certainly medicating effects.

There are a ton of new items on the market, this one is truly made by someone that is obsessed with trying to make the best product he can.

If you have any questions fire away, I'm just not great at thinking of what people will want to know.

Thanks for sharing I'm almost trying not to read because it's part of my basic mental coping mechanism I just don't get into hopes and anticipations of something which simply may never be and is already determined.

I say almost I did read of course. Now my own very strong gut intuition and logical mind is telling me that I would be extremely surprised if I did not find the vapor to be of a higher quality than the excellent Herborizer Ti .

I also would expect to appreciate the affects more subjectively myself this is just from intuition and calculation so what are you say basically matches that So is interesting on that level for a start.

The truth is the plain fact I will have one in my hands by next week sometime and then we will see but I just put these things off mentally because it's no fun for example if I post here next Wednesday saying this vaporizer is a dream in every regard but my immune system will not accept it.

As I have done many times before, then moved on.

Still, at €1000 next man....there is a flipside here at least. I'm smart really. :brow:

One of my favorite things about the Musa is the ability to temp step, this allows you to get a wide range of terpenes and IME provides a robust well rounded high. Other devices take too long to regulate temperature so you have to compensate with a higher draw speed to get a low temperature hit and then a low draw speed to get a high temperature hit.

Glad to see more activity in this thread for a vaporizer that doesn't get the attention it deserves... Although the wait list shows that there is plenty of attention lol

Totally. The DigiTi now for example, and controller vapes, can do.

Quickly, predictably, assuredly. Eyes closed no guessing.

But personally takeaway that digital like the Analoge Herbo Ti, or the Woodscents I've been using tonight too.

If I want to temp step then I don't honestly know in my mind when it is worth hitting.

Because there's no point going to early so you kind of need to overcompensate.

The MUSA appears to have to fearure I guess due to the nature of heat via light? Of adjusting temperature in shades, quickly. So it's less blind guestimation and I'm guessing now the light itself changes according to heat level?

Like coconut oil kitchen, solid all winter. Runny at a specific temp. So if that is the case with the MUSA, it's firsthand visual sensory feedback.

I got my Herborizer one week ago and i have had my Musa for 1 year now and
I have not had enough experience with the Herbo to give any fair opinion. I am not even interested to compare the two for a final verdict but they have so much in common, the injector style, the bowl, i broke the bowl that came with my Musa so i have been using the Herborizer bowls only, the analog controller…
I got the analogue version and the the two units are now both sitting on my desk.
First thing in common they both come with no stand, i did not get one with my Musa i made one myself and i think Tobias has fixed that, but yes i could have left the Musa laying on the table, just did not feel very comfortable about it. But I could not believe how a stand was not included with my Herborizer too, i have a big vape collection and yes i have a 19/19 female and a hydratube stand i could have used but i decided to keep things clean and got a stand too.
And now I say again, how the …can you sell such a vape with no stand??? this drives me mad, how are you supposed to keep the unit without a stand? Cmon..
Said that fair enough, i got mine.
Heat up time difference is significant, Musa is ready in seconds even if I do not really value a vape by the heating time, i work at home, i spend at home the majority of my time, i do not see the rush.
The main big difference i have found is how the form factor has a main inpact and i was not expecting that, i mean after i have had them both on my desk for a week i can tell my Musa has been striking the Herbo on this point, form factor wins in many aspect, safety first.
I have always been nervous about my Musa, for this reason i did build my stand so that the unit would sit at 45 degrees, i was planning to add a heat shield but it was never needed because what really helps with the Musa and safety is the light. Speaking about me of course but having the Herborizer on my desk when vaping makes me feel a bit nervous maybe because i have already burned my self by trying to find the base a better position while taking a hit.
Not a great idea of course, the glass stand gets hot too, i did not really burn myself because it took a fraction of a second to release but the repentine movement or something else hitting the base has cracked the glass. Ok it is me I can be a disaster sometimes fine so now i have ordered the flexible glass version to use as a stand and hopefully…yes the light on helps a lot with the Musa, even more when i am high lol.
Flavour speaking they are very similar and very good, the airflow with the Herbo is more open but i have customised my Musa with two layers of beads and i still get a very good airflow but not as open…the extraction is a bit slower with the Herbo I have noticed I need longer draws and the feeling is with the Musa you can play more with temperatures.
I started my first session at 5 with the Herbo, great flavour and 4-5 good excellent hits, then i went up to 6-6.5 and yes i liked it but even if it is too early to say i think my Herborizer will stay between 4.5-5 and that is how i will use it, if i am looking for a fast heavy rip i bring wood in.
I do not need to wait 10 min to heat up and let the heater rest for one minute…
One more reason why my Herbo will stay at 5 is that once at 6.5 I start to feel everything gets too hot, handle included which I did not report at lower settings, it is that kind of feeling i like when i hold a vape, that could be me though.
Overall i love the form factor on both and i think if i had not owned a Musa now i would be spreading my excitement on a different vape tread, i think the Musa is more versatile, easy to use and overall safer but too difficult to find lol.
They are both top tier and i am glad i have them here with me.

FYI it does have a stand now, there is a magnet, and a metal plate base :tup:

I love the idea of this vape. It looks cool, and the wood work looks top notch.

However €335 is just far too much for me.

Shame. I think ill try to DIY something.

Its true, with this kind of bowls you better take it of the bubbler for stirring. (Its still one of my favorite bowls yet!)

But let me give you a little help:
- give your screen a little concave form before you put it in (dont use too soft screens)
- use two screens at once, this will give it a secure fit and you wont loose your load into your bubbler. (that works great for me)

My new MUSA bowl, which i am testing for some weeks now, isnt perfect yet. (I tried to secure the screen similar to the elev8 bowl, but its still possible that the screen tips over while stirring. Does the elev8 bowl without the glass screen has a similar problem when the metal screen already got some usage?)

There will be probably the choice between a glass bowl and a wooden bowl in the future.

The elev8 bowl works well as far as the metal screen being nicely secured.
