TGIF everyone 👍. After running out of SLH, my first vape spot after a weekly break hasn't been locked down yet. Today I went with Strawberry Cough. Vaped a nice cola piece and damn it hit hard :science::science:. ~25 min in, I got woozy and almost greened out :razz:. This has happened a bit recently and it's like my tolerance is going down even though I'm not vaping any differently :hmm: :shrug:. It "was" a beautiful piece :)... from this frosty batch :evil: (again).

Yeah I pissed on the rug...... so what
for me mixes are more for effect than flavour since I tend to mix sativa with indica and the strains I tend to prefer have very different flavour profiles that don't blend well. my favourite sativas are fruity, floral with notes of honey, the indicas I tend to like are earthy, woody, maybe a little black liquorice. I seldom mix two sativa or two indica, muddies the high too much and isn't greater then the experience of each individually.

tonight I'm back on the maple kush coming in at 27%thc and I am loving this strain! very relaxing with a good bit of body stone and the flavour isn't like most indica I prefer the effects of??? kinda caramely like a Werther's Original but with less sugary sweetness??? I'd love to tell you it tastes like caramelized maple sugar but I'm still feeling this strain out. will probably pair very nicely with one of my favourite sativa, effects and taste :)

I've been making "salads" with 3 different 50/50 hybrids.

Gets yuh real fucking lifted.

Arizer Solo stem - Layer of Grapes N' Cream - Drop of Sundae Driver BHO with CBD isolate powder on top - capped off with Fuel Cake.

In Germany mixing hash and flower is the Könige mischen or "kings mix". Hell yeah.

Been a post holiday weekend blow out in a great way here. Blue Dream in the vape right now & gotta say if you have a good vape for flavors, this is best in class for me of ~50 strains so far.

Here's the terpy frosty Blue Dream batch I continue to enjoy:bowdown: (it's moisture packet stored in glass mason jars for freshness). Coarse grind low temp vaped for max flavors & stimulation here. Sativa leaning & very uplifting at lower temps.

Just picked up some Commerce City Kush and loaded a trench into the Magic Fljgbt Box. Wow, instantaneous sledgehammer right between the eyes. 2 sips, I'm ripped. Disappointed because I really want another sip because it tasted great. Buuut I have plans that dont include falling off the. planet.

I posted details about two bargain ounces ($100/oz each) I bought, super silver haze sativa (post #2518) and Jabberwocky indica dominant hybrid (post#2626).

They looked excellent, the test sheets looked good, but I found both strains a little underwhelming. Oh well, what did I expect, no big loss.

However, when I mixed the two together, the resulting flavor and high is excellent. I thought I preferred pure sativa, but this strong mellow buzz makes me want to experiment with more mixtures.

I get an earthy (minimum-temperature) terp hit with my grasshopper io that has a trippy calming effect.

Anyone else mix strains?

Purebred sativas, are in most cases, extinct.

I notice when most people talk about pure sativas they often name defacto hybrids - most of which have only been further hybridized.

One thing I find very interesting about “marihuana historica” is that pure landrace sativas dominated the counter culture movement of the 60s and 70s - but cannabis was not “allowed” to legalize until nearly all of those genetics were “weeded out” to more sedative “Afghanica” varietals.

I mix wbat I call Franken Strains all the time. Currently I have a Commerce City Kush and Star Killer 17 mix in my MFLB tbat is stunning. I call it my Zombie maker, massive high, followed by an incredible case of the munchies.

I had filled the top of my Solo stem with ground Sundae Driver, put a drop of Grapes n Cream BHO in the middle surrounded by CBD isolate powder, and capped it off with ground Fuel Cake... All 50/50 hybrids! There was probably a hint of nearly every terp that exists in that pack.

I just picked up another supposedly rare strain, Blue Satellite. Most things call it Sativa in the written description, but then give the genetic breakdown as 50/50 and it's derived from 2 strains that are 80/20 indica?! Wtf lol
