Sad event this weekend. I had to tear down my comfy, cozy, private, kid free, everything at my fingertips vape space/music room
I packed everything thing up for a 2 month, 2000 sqft basement gut job.
Good new is…. in the renovation is a completely upgraded vape room. Maybe in my case I should call it a den. Curious as to what made the cut and didn’t get packed away? I kept all my CH gear out, Flite, HotShot, and four of my goto stems, tips, and caps.
Im looking forward to sharing how the project goes.
If y’all were redoing a room for this purpose Im curious what everyone would find imperative to have in their vape space? My big wants are lots of outlets and great lighting.

Cleaned all my vapes today, including all my dynavaps. First thing I hit was my omni. Man there really is nothing better than a clean vapcap. All vapes really, but especially dynavaps.

Good question. In some fairness I have a lot of caps and some don’t see as much use, so there’s that. I’m often baffled by how dirty other peoples caps get. Mine just seem to stay clean. I always use very refined butane in my torches, could that be it? I’m always going low and slow with the torch trying to achieve high heat with no hot spotting. I ALWAYS have very dry hands so maybe there is less hand oils getting on the cap? I have a love for IHs and that method of heating is always going to keep your cap cleaner. I don’t have a recommended cleaning method but I wouldn’t hesitate to try the toothpaste and elbow grease method. I will say, I do love a shiny cap, so I feel you.

That is definitely the winning combination. I got some corrosion claws on me and without coated guitar strings it would cost me a fortune. Anyway, I try to only use the magnet now and it's been going much better, but sometimes I don't pay attention and keep the flame too close. I do have a desktop IH, but for outside and away I'm still on a torch.

Got 10 Ti mesh screens for my vapcaps from DDave and I'm really happy with that purchase. Since almost all of my vapcap use is with a Woodscents I thought the extra air flow would be nice. Boy howdy was I right. Really lovely.

Decided to go what nowadays might be considered old school: My 2017 M and my Portside Mini. Batteries are starting to lose a bit but it still gets to click in around 10-12 seconds. I always enjoy the ritual and the spacing between reheats helps we dial in how much I want to be adjusted so to speak. I’ve never tried anything beyond an M and I’m quite happy so I just can’t see moving up. My goodness what a pleasant time!

I thought I read in the thread he was going to stop the HotShot. If it’s still available I second that it’s a great budget IH. I love mine.
Did everyone see the new Duality torch lighter Dynavap just dropped? It’s duel or single flame selector looks pretty cool. That’s the first time I’ve seen that. You know I had to have it. I went with copper. I didn’t like it at first but it’s growing on me. Dynavap is also saying if you order it by Sunday you will receive a free gift.
