Don’t yet have a P80 (one is on its way) and not familiar with maintenance and cleaning, but could it be a contact issue with your P80? I know the TM and other vapes can be temperamental with contacts being dirty. Just a thought.
A few days ago I received an email saying the problems with my brand new p80 had been fixed. I assumed since it was fixed it would ship out the next day or day after that. Well after going and looking at lamart.ch at my account it still shows my p80 as being packaged. I dont understand why it still hasn't been shipped? Will I recieved tracking? If the shoe was on the other foot and someone just gave me over $500 of their hard earned money I would be doing everything possible to get that person whatever it was they bought from me to them asap. I guess I'm just wondering what the hold up is here?
Ok this has me very worried and thinking I need to ask for a refund. I dont have months to wait for my p80 to arrive. I'll be moving to another part of the state at the end of the month. Is there a reason he gave as to why it took so long to package your unit?
Edit: I just noticed you said custom mine is just an acrylic so maybe I dont need to worry so much?
This was a very custom unit. The wait time was due to a lot of back and forth on the final design.

I wouldn't worry about it. They take time and shipping can be quite the deal depending on your state.

he's one man manufacturing and ships out 1 day in a week, tell him to change address if you leave your state within 16-17 days, but i wouldn't want to lose the tetra p80, it's like the mini version of 'glass symphony xlr' i'm being honest about it..the hot glass really rocks!
edit: covid times may cause delays in shipping so maybe changing address is the smart move..
within 2-3 monthes you will forget you ever waited..

They said Sony VTC6 in the post dude lol 3000mah 15-30amp, if you want to buy the best batteries for yourself get Molicell P26A (2600mah 35amps) or P28A (just slightly more mah)
Yeah you've already been told to relax, good advice lol if you want this product this is the process to receive it, there are many other people who would kill to be in your shoes! You will receive tracking if you paid for tracking, although the shipping could take a long time and tracking may not update a lot internationally, that's why I just do the cheapest option myself... Shoe on the other foot, there's a huge demand for these, it's not the seller's scrambling to send you your order because you spent so much, it's you spent so much because this is such a sought-after item! Entails patience until it's actually in your hands

Super-embarrassing question, but is there a recommended method for opening the battery door? I assume the door mechanism hasn't changed at all for this round of units. I tried searching this thread, searching the vaporents subreddit, looking at the manuals, and looking at the videos on the web site and didn't find anything.

Haha yeah just pull according to the arrow, then it will pop up and out, once you get a feel for it then it won't feel like forcing it all! Mind the little stir tool in there btw

Reminds me of when I bought my first iMac back in 2010. Took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out how to turn it on, the button was on the back and so flush mounted I couldn’t see or feel it. Had to Google it.

Story goes like this. Picked up a Tubo Tetra I got second hand from someone who had no idea of how to manage the than and the tcr/coil value was either unlocked or set significantly higher than it should've been because at 420 F the coils were red hot like so much so that my brain thought it was a fire inside of even though it was the 4 coils glowing. (door says .234 was set to either .271 or .311
So everything appears to be fine but the screen is burnt and the device smells a bit like ash but that's a given since I had a loaded bowl in there.
My question is does anyone know if there is significant damage from this event / is the burnt screen going to be a problem?
Edit looking back at my pics the screen read 'New coil 0.31 Right Same coil 0.27 left

if its a one time event it should not have damaged anything. set the coil resistance in menu,coils,manage,TUBO back to whats written inside the battery door, make sure the lock symbol is there. set check to NO and save tcr values by entering menu,coils,tuboset.
prolonged use with glowing coils can mess up the heater contacts which leads to malfunctioning of the heater.
the screen changing color doesnt influence the performance or taste. should be good to go

Ooh ooh - I got the Shipped email today for my P80 from the last drop. Patience is a virtue. I’ll need to calm my nerves later about being a complete noob to this vape - and the battery door consideration (above), loading and using the vape too, cleaning, etc. Usual minor anxiety and OCD issues, lol. There’s always a learning curve with most vapes. Can’t wait to join the club soon!
