I'm trying to join in the 420 sales. My last purchase was in January, after missing out on BF sales (not my fault). I included my order/invoice number in my emails to support@newvape. I'm trying to purchase backups cos I liked my first order very much.
I found that I can no longer select my default address during checkout. I'm quite sure it's not a country issue because other countries in my region are on the list. I was also able to use my address on site, last year. So I'm sure it's just a glitch. Since I'd need my billing and shipping info to match, I need to be able to check out with my address.
However, I've sent 3 emails since the 13th, and a PM here on FC, with no replies thus far. This probably means I'll miss the sale, just like for Black Friday, due to no reply to my issue. I really hope I get to at least enjoy the sale for once?
Can I get any assistance?
