When I bought TM, I hated stirring ... I came from crafty and just stirred in my enano.
With the TM it is different because I pack the same in height as in width and with this amount I don't see how not to stir. I don't do temp step's
That's where my mod screen comes in ... which I suggest you try... is very easy, just a rimmed screen basket, placed in the original set up screen(link in my signature) don't need to touch the cooling unit anymore(to stirr), because the greens are far from the end of the stem
How do I find this link? I’m new here haven’t a clue!

Just wondering: Do you release the button after it buzzes READY? Or do you continue to hold the button for your entire inhale? I tend to continue holding it for about half of the duration of my 15-20 second hits.

As mentioned it instantly cuts power to the heater when you let go, so releasing when it buzzes ready would give you a pretty small hit.

Press and hold for a while and then release as youre nearing the end of your hit, but continue inhaling. Clears it out that way

So @shopdognyc when you gonna break her in

I love this thing. Just don't like that you have to stir after every hit. It doesn't heat very evenly though. My Volcano Hybrid beats every other vaporizer I purchase as far as providing evenly toasted ABV.

That's on number 7. Now I have to trash the rest of the green stuff, or somehow dig out the over-toasted abv just to get the greens. It's way too dark to hit again without any combustion.

Have you tried leaving and little space between the herb and the heater screen? You may need to bump the heat a little but it should allow the heat ring to diffuse, for lack of a better word, and reduce any hot spots. Might be worth a try?
I have been using the little screen pods lately too and I just flip it half way through and I never stir and haven't had to do more than a brush out after each load and a weekly iso qtip swab.

You mean just a smaller size load tamped down?. There is a mouse in my apartment. Wife just called me in the other room. Was gonna try and catch it and put outside but he's running around too dang fast.

I'm sorry Dude, I just finished a few TM bowls and I'm dying over your mouse.
No, I mean just move the entire screen and load about a mm away from the screen or the tip of the glass stem. Move your cooling unit/basket screen (whatever holds your herb) deeper into the stem and then load the same amount you usually do.

It's the WPA adapter TinyMight sells on their site. Huh?. I'm a little baked too. The way it's setup is there is a built in screen in the WPA and space for herb right above that. If I load that less, in other words only halfway, that means there will be a gap instead of it being closer to the heatsource, it will be further away. Common sense says further away from a heat source=less chance of burning.

Oh I gotcha! I thought you were using the adjustable screen wpa, my goof. Yeah, in that case a smaller load may help.
Honestly I didn't see the pics till now. lol

Thanks for the help again, seems my TM is back to life after slightly bending the metal contact underneath the metal cap.

I usually go up to 7 to finish off my herbs, but I've never ever combusted? At the stage of your picture I'd just stir it and hit it again until it's even. Stirring in stems does annoy me a little though, as it's inevitable I make a bit of a mess.

I never ever stir, I get a ring on the higher levels but it extracts evenly enough that I dont feel a need to stir at all. Perhaps a grind issue? Or loading method?

Definitely not saying that mine is perfectly even, because its not, but it's far from uneven enough to make me want to stir, especially after every hit - so I am curious!

What are you starting on? If you start at say 5-5.5 for the first couple of hits, then turn up to 7-8 you should see less green left. Works for me anyway!

I agree ^^

On the face of things it doesn't seem very even, but that unevenness is only surface deep. I never bother stirring, it's just not worth it for me.
This. When I look thru the side of the glass stem, I def see some green against the walls. But if I dump out the load and look at it, the green is insignificant and definitely not worth worrying about.

Vaporific

All who wander are not lost...
Same here – there might be a green spec or two sticking against the walls, but when inspecting it after unloading it's negligible. I never stir.
Ditto to all above about NOT stirring. I rarely do. ABV lining the stem is slightly lighter than the rest. It’s negligible and when you dump it out you can’t really tell the difference. While it’s not an optical illusion it’s really negligible IMO. And by the way, the Tinymight = DopeCannon(TM) - every single time :). TGIF to all. :peace:

Rather than get the final weak wisps of a spent bowl, I just collect the ABV and make cookies.
This way, I'm not 'wasting' product, and I'm getting the better tasting effects from the vape.

It is difficult to get into the mindset of 'just the good vapor' because it 'seems' wasteful, but there is no stirring, no weak plain flavoring.

After using the Tafee Bowle, I'm very impressed. At the end of the day, I must say that I like the TM better (they are both great vapes). My reasons are: fits better in my hand, like the wood, glass mouthpiece, thick vapor, replaceable battery, etc. I consider myself fortunate that I have both.

Just today I received an email from TM stating that my replacement unit has been shipped !!! Hip Hip Hooray !!!!
