Wow great posts folks!
The most sketchy part of that GW bridge ride over to Manhattan is the very last section of the GW bike path right
before entering Manhattan. I do not like heights and that section is tight as a crabs ass with just so-so protection
( you cannot fall unless you are a massive idiot) and signs all over to dismount and walk which all of the gear heads
ignore. I know 60 year olds clocking 80 mile rides which makes my 20 look lame, but I ride for health and fun not
ego....... anymore.
Keep it moving!

I ride a stationary bike to maintain my physical health.
Thank you for reminding the member’s of this form of staying presentable.
Excuse me as I practice being healthy?

Those e-bikes are only going to get better. Specialized just came out with a new e-bike line.

Didn't they try one out with Cancelara a few years ago?

Exciting to see some other bike riders here!! You guys might enjoy my current project, its not related to vapes, but still:

Wow! Lots of shots to create that! Looks like a fun trail!

I love mountain biking :luv:. I dream about mountain biking . That's been helped along because I've done a lot of riding this year 🎉 (it's a spring though fall riding season here). >1000 miles so far; it's been great in so many ways.

France is where I started cycling.
South America as well.
I mountain biked at first!
Touring bikes took over from influence from family!
In CALIFORNIA the driver’s are not use to us?
Beach trail is safer there.
The desert is too hot but better than the coast?

Luv it. I find mountain bike riding very rewarding :luv:. I've XC'd ~40 miles multiple times this year. My shortest mountain bike ride is a >10 mile loop.

Let me do a weak attempt the excellent ataxian style prose here 👍.

California is amazing mountain biking.
I've mountain biked the Rockies a lot.
I love challenging single track!
Road cycling is very different!
Locals hate cyclists here.
Desert and coast are both great but different?
The exercise keeps me loose?

:)

I realized I have a core body muscle strain from recent riding and am hobbled... so I'm taking a break for a few days; need to take it easy and let the muscle heal. But the last few days have been some rarer nice weather, so I needed to get out on the mountain bike 🚵‍♂️ 🚵‍♂️. Yesterday it was the >10 mile loop (one hr), today it was a more entertaining and interesting 15 mile different loop (in great weather with a 79 Fahrenheit high). Loved the rhythm and flow... felt awesome. No large power moves on the ride though, a big no-no. It's helps that I'm in best-of-season shape with best-of-season skill; carpe diem 🌠 . Highly recommended. Listened to music all ride long too 🔊...

While hobbled I seem to be able to still get out and rack up some mountain bike miles, seeking out and enjoying any good late fall weather we now get. Winter and snow is coming :o .

I run three times a week, 10 to ~12.5 kilometers. Used to be strictly 10 when I was still smoking (and yeah, I used to smoke a J right before a run...), now I'm much more able to extend a running session spontaneously and enjoy it much more too. Less heavy breathing, better stamina. Vaping makes a huge difference to me.

I live in Berlin, pretty much in the center of it – and I *so* enjoyed running when we had the hard lockdown when almost all the shops were closed and nobody was on the streets. Usually my tracks are full of party people, heavy traffic and tourists, but during the lockdown I sometimes met only a handful of people and three or four cars in a fifty minute run. Had some magic to it.

I love EUROPE.
Lived in FRANCE staring a factory for a USA corporation.
I was traveling to GERMANY once a month to the HEAD QUARTERS to review progress.
They drank beer like it was water?
Engineer’s had trash bag’s full of COLAS of CANNABIS TOP’s without seed to a coma date our USA custom ?
CYCLING was a new adventure during the early 90’s.
France and northern Spain was where sport’s kept me sane!
Party everywhere else: many other countries I went to however GERMANY is intensely party organized!

I also run, 2-5 time a week depending how busy I am, usually 7-10 kms, with an occasional longer (up to 15 kms) run.
Vaping a nice sativa, throwing on my headphones, and getting out for a run has been my sanity during this whole pandemic.

I'd like to think that my running helps clear and clean up my lungs. Don't know if it does, but sure hope so.

Back to running (jogging) after 30 years and open heart surgery. Up to 4 miles now. Very slow pace - in fact I was passed by a 3 legged pregnant turtle !!
My wife love’s to walk after lunch to the store..
I go with her to be cool.
My dog stay’s home to pretend to be used to protect?
Open heart surgery is gnarly to recover from.
A professor from UNIVERSITY was 70 working out!
Keep it up! (You give hope to those of us who need to keep fit)

Yes I always like to prove to people that you can be an athlete and consume cannabis (vaped)!

I am hoping to run a triathalon or adventure this race. In the summer we (myself and friends) did a 45km 3-peak mountain marathon, another 4 peak grind, and countless other athletic ventures.

Cannabis is a vasodilator and bronchodilator, and not to mention the anti-inflammatory and mental effects too.

I love to use CBD 95% of the time for recovery or for that little boost during training. CBD is the way to go IMO and then THC herb feels *so* potent!

so far as the high and mighty NIDA org has shown the only verifiable harms we can identify in the plant is the by product known as smoke. so not inherant to the plant and only exists when fire is near ... and that is how most people see the plant by its smoke by product .. the word marijuana basically describes smoke of cannabis sativa L

Just start slow and focus on swimming it’s by far the hardest part of the race.

Got myself a serious e-mtn bike. https://www.rossignol.com/us/rmi5024-000.html

I live in the heart of the White Mtns in NH. Though I'm in my 70s, I still like biking and ride five or six days a week in season, mostly on the paved roads and gravel/dirt woods roads here and on the hilly windy roads at my second home in northern Newfoundland. I like grinding up the notches, 50 minutes uphill and then 10 or 12 down. But as I got older, I covered less ground. So I got a used ebike from Great Glen Trails/Mt. Washington AutoRoad. Strictly pedal assist, no pedal no go. Thing is powerful, with Shimano's formerly strongest motor, e8000. Whereas I always get high on my daily rides of my regular bikes--a road bike and a 29er-- even after six weeks, I still am not getting high when I ride the ebike: Too fast and too powerful, a second of distraction could lead to serious injury. But what great fun zooming up and down fairly steep mountain roads. And I still seem to get the workout my cardiovascular system enjoys while covering more ground and exploring new places. Sadly, there's more than a foot of snow here now and I suspect that most of my riding days are done 'til May.

Cannabis also means Canine ( 2 dog star /Sirius B ) Dogon tribe ..
marijuana was stolen from " marihuana" ( wild Mexican tobacco /nightshade) and marijuana means - tactical assault .
all cannabis use is medical , recreational just means the persons' mind is to small to look into it further and understand the medical properties they are ingesting , albeit recreational like
