No, I think I'm paying to send it, but they upgrade and return it for free. PS software/firmware can be upgraded, if you want the USB C PD hardware I was offered trade in + $

I just got a response from Arizer, they'll update my firmware for free if I send it in, or they offered me a trade in option. I don't care about USB C PD, so I'm gonna send it for the free firmware update!!

My experience with their service has been nothing short of exceptional. I would send it. not an expert, but what you said happened sounds like something glitched out. I would want to get it checked out. I have some backup vapes though so that's easy for me to say.

Mine's great and I never combusted with it. Compared to my other arizers it cooks way faster, vapor feels a bit harsher at the same temps, so if i want a nice slow session I run a bit lower with S3 than I do with S2 or Airmax. I would say the oven might be a bit hotter then previous arizers...

I usually load a few stems at the same time, and then reloading is actually really nice... super quick, super easy, and straight back to flavortown :drool:
