Yesterday I looked forward to test my new Halo Tip and BallR on my woodwynd. Unfortunately I couldn’t assemble the Halo on my Woodwynd. I am wondering if there are O Rings missing. Shouldn’t there be any?

You should write to the Dynavap support. I once received a bad stem and they had send a new one immediately

What is the right technique for BallR with Helix?

Doesn‘t has the Halo side air slits? They assume that they are responsible for the poor performance on older tips.
