When you say repairs are "no longer available", surely this is a temporary thing? Any word on approx how long? There's no way I could have paid for a plus warranty only to have it permanently thrown out the window.

I went to the Vapexhale website to order a new HT thinking it would be between the VX Circ and the Swagger Circ, but I see they also have an Evolver line. I'm just wondering about build/glass quality across the 3 brands. If you would rather PM me instead of ranking them here that's cool.

Brewer I think I remember our units going down at almost the same time. So I have been waiting 4+ weeks as well. Its on its way to me now though, and it will be worth the wait. I am just as exited as I was when first getting it.

That's what I was thinking, but a couple members said that if you break your bamboo without the upgrade, you are SOL and VXH can't fix it.
