me too... I was actually holding the button until it completed a preheat , and then double clicking which is what I thought started the heating cycle. that would explain why it got so hot. :doh: I will be so happy if I can get better results. and it's not like I haven't been enjoying the Neo
Now I am wondering if I have been heating my ( white ) Neo incorrectly. I double click, which I thought was simply a preheat for whichever power level I had already selected, then a single click to run that temp cycle. I need to go a grab my Neo and verify.
I've never been able to run my Neo over one star without possible combustion when using the terp surfer. and I occasionally still get some overheating auto shut downs.
I couldn't resist adding a Click to my VM family and I doesn't disappoint. there are differences to the OG and V2 that make it worthwhile.
But I do have an overwhelming desire to sand and smooth the sharp edges.
Is there any mention of how many heating cycles the click is rated for ? Is...
