Well one of the connections from the battery to the PCB came off. $15 to replace a battery under warranty? No thanks, I'll move on. RIP Eleven

@vaporbrothers I love it! Except that I don't have it haha. Even though I wouldn't use it I do like the new case design better.

@vaporbrothers I understand why you guys made it metal, it really is superior for the application in almost every way. The reason I do want plastic is because when I am using my pen when traveling (why I bought a pen), I am in very cold temperatures at times and don't like the feel of frozen...

I bought my Eleven on Saturday, supposed to arrive on Thursday. I couldn't get the Dabbler because the black is gone. Really don't like the metal mouthpiece; wish I knew that before ordering. I'm trying to keep an open mind about it for the time being. This is my 1st portable/pen/non-volcano...
