I Purchased my firefly 2+ early October. Within a week the battery they shipped with it went South (solid red light in external charger). Today Customer Service called me to tell me they were shipping me a replacement battery. All in all it seems Customer Service has improved!

Just out of curiosity, what does wick taste like? I use the Era with 7 or so different pods, and on occasion get a strong, unpleasant taste. Is that wick?
So I installed the firmware update on my FF2, and lo and behold, the battery performance has improved. Before the update, I would get the red light syndrome on the second day after a full charge (once a day session, just before bedtime). Even though the battery would indicate it was still full...
I totally agree as well. I own both the FF1 and 2. Still use both but the FF2 needs a battery charge after six draws or else I get the much discussed red light treatment. I sent it in for repair, but it was returned in the same condition. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE KILLS FUTURE SALES in my book!
