Does anyone know what is up with Cali Crusher? I have been trying to get in touch with them for about 2 months and have not heard back. I have tried every way to contact them except for mail. I have not had any reply and it is driving me crazy. Any help would be awesome!

I was wondering if anyone could do me a favor and post some pictures of the bottom and back grill of their Herbie. I sent my in a few months back and just noticed that I can see the insides of my Herbie, wires and everything. I thought there was a foam filter that was behind the grill. I don't...

Update on failure rate for myself. First unit was delivered the last week of July and failed in November. Second unit failed in December and took two weeks for them to send the new body. Just got the new body and I had to work to get the mouthpiece to screw on. Silver powder had to be brushed off.

I contacted customer service and they are shipping me a new body, this is the part that is defective. They are even shipping it before I send them my broken part.

First thing that I tried.

New update, grasshopper broken. Did not even last 3 months. Flashing red and blue light.

As a update I have been using my Grasshopper every day since the last week of August and have had no problems.

I emailed Trevor yesterday and he replied the same day to tell me that the clicking is normal. So no worries!

I received my Hopper on July 30 and it has worked great. Today though I noticed that the back end has started to make a rapid clicking noise. It is loudest at three and quieter at one and five. This has not caused any other problems. I mostly use my Hopper at the max setting as my state sucks...

My ss also has what looks like a grind mark next to the clip. It also has some scratches down the sides, but they would be buffed out easily. Works great otherwise.

The package did have a tracking number but the website never showed one. Early bird backer on Nov. 14, 2013.

I now have mine. The wait has ended. I never had a tracking number and this was a complete surprise.

I had my hopes up when I checked the grasshopper site and saw that my order was shipped. Until I came to this thread.

I have also received my shipping confirmation. Thank the gods!

I hope that number is meaningless. The number at the top of my invoice is five digits long.
