So now we just need to get someone to start making these. Glass screen with glass beads trapped in a glass tube. This would be simple cleaning, very good vapor cooling and could be pretty compact.

I like the idea but smaller portable options instead. Short ish stem with glass nipples and glass beads on the inside.

Seems like a great time for someone to come up with some pretty nice after market glass for the TM. Something like the Grav Labs but with more cooling going on.

Not a good feeling here. I heard back a couple days ago about my missing TM on my order and they said they were sorry and would ship it. Nothing has been shipped and the site is now down 😳

Just received an email back and they are taking care of the missing part of my order. Happy they got back to me pretty fast this time.

I used my bank card and will be contacting them in 2 days if I do not hear back from the guys over at Tinymightt. Seems like it would be pretty simple for them to reach out and say hey we messed up and are shipping out the missing vaporizer. Instead I am left sitting here hoping that they will...

Sounds like selective customer service. My friend reached out and she heard back within a week and here I am going on two months. Not cool. I paid for 2 units and only received one and will most likely not hear back for a while. Pretty bummed out :(

What has been the turn around in hearing back from TM? I am going on 2 months with no replies and now short 1 vaporizer on my last order. I have given this guy a lot of business and now wishing I did not. Great product but zero support at this point.

The only section I see is for a return and I did use that form to inform the maker of my order shortage. Very frustrated at this point.

What do you mean by using account options?

I looked up the order but no info about how they shipped them. I have used my account and email with order number. Not one reply in two months.

Just received half of my order. If you order 2 do they come in separate boxes/shipments? The lack of communication from the maker is dismal to say the least.
